The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

When we booked, we were in a different condo, but the refrigerator stopped working on the 2nd night, so Greta's relocated us to 1808 which was great! The condo was clean and comfortable. We were very satisfied with the new place. Our stay was very enjoyable.

We had the BEST time in PCB! The condo was perfect, we enjoyed the balcony, and stunning views it had to offer. The room was clean, had everything we needed and was super relaxing. 100% would stay again and recommend!

We have stayed at several condos in PCB through the years. I was pleasantly surprised with Ocean Reef. Even though it is a bit older than some, 1808 was updated, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. The balcony was great. I especially liked the keurig pod/pot combo coffee maker! We felt secure and liked having an assigned parking space. The beach was not as crowded as neighboring condos which was refreshing, especially on a holiday weekend. The only issue we had was the elevator breaking down on our last day. We had to carry all our luggage down 14 flights of stairs which was painful. Other than elevator issue, I would definitely stay again.
