The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you use the grill, please be sure to clean after use and return the cover once it has fully cooled.
Please make sure all doors and windows are locked and the wooden dowels are in the window sliders. The cleaners will be there at check out to take care of the rest. :) We hope you enjoyed your stay!
Please place all TV remotes directly next to the TV. Lost or misplaced remotes will result in a $100.00 fine per remote.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The golf course is open Mid-April thru October from 7 AM-7 PM. Please keep off the green during this time and do not leave children unattended.
Please do not remove golf balls from the course/property. Respect the golfers; keep backyard noise low. Balls will land in our yard and on our deck.
Do not move the furniture. Moved furniture is a $500.00 Restaging Fee. Keep TV remotes with the TV. Any lost remotes are $100 each.

We loved the location of this home right on the Pinetop Lakes Country Club golf course; it was a lovely spot to sit in the evening and watch the golfers play. The kitchen was also large, functional, and well-equipped with adequate supplies for cooking meals.However, there were a few disappointing aspects to our stay. With daytime temperatures in the high 80s and low 90s, the lack of central air conditioning made the house very warm and uncomfortable for sleeping, even with the windows open. The back patio also lacks a cover, meaning the furniture, porch, and guests constantly got dripped on by pine tree sap. Additionally, the downstairs beds are old with large foam toppers, making them far too soft and uncomfortable.Upon arrival, we noticed a broken window, and the garbage disposal stopped working during our stay (both of which we reported to the host). Overall, the property feels dated and could really use some updates, including remodeling, new furniture, and refreshed bathrooms.

Thank you for staying with us Susan. The listing did indicate there is no air conditioning. The cover on the back patio is planned for build out. A prior guest had requested the foam toppers so that was a recent addition at the request of another guest. Thank you for letting us know about the window and garbage disposal. We will be sure to look into these items. We are glad you enjoyed the White Mountains, watching the golfers and the beautiful golf course!

This property was exactly as advertised. We found it to be very well stocked which made the stay all that more convenient. The beds were comfortable, and the loft area was tailor made for the grandkids. Both living and dining areas were large enough to entertain our entire family. And the location along the golf course made for some great entertainment. We will definitely be back!

Family get together
