We loved the tiny cottage!! It was like stepping into the past!! The cozy size, wood paneling and decor, and proximity to all that the Leelenau peninsula has to offer made it the perfect getaway. Our dog loved it too! Especially how close it is to so many conservancy trails. Excited to return!

We are returning guests. We love staying at the cabin during our visit to Suttons Bay. We bring our dog and go on long hikes and bike rides. Perfect location. Walking distance to Hoplot beer garden and close to biking and walking trails. Biked to farm club for lunch. Drove to sleeping bear dunes for a bike ride on the sleeping bear heritage trail. Cute shops and great restaurants on Main Street, around the corner from the cabin. Thank you for being such a fabulous host, Carol! Looking forward to returning.

We originally planned on staying in Traverse city. So glad we stayed in Suttons Bay. The cabins location is great. Around the corner of a cute little town, walkable with everything you need. I knew the cabin was going to be old, but it REALLY needs updating. We had a good time.

We enjoyed our stay and would come back again. We would also recommend the property and host. The only difficulty was that there was only a small window air conditioning unit to cool down the entire place. This made it very warm inside for much of the time. When the power went out, the host was very responsive in letting us know the estimations for it working again.

This was our second stay at Carol’s cabin, and we enjoyed it just as much as we did a few years ago. The location is absolutely perfect for walking around Sutton’s Bay as well as getting around for day trips in the area. Everything was well stocked and all of the amenities we could want were available. Thank you for another wonderful stay!
