Ideally located in the heart of Arcachon's city center and opposite the main beach, this approximately 30 m² duplex studio apartment is on the ground floor of a high-end residence. While it doesn't have a balcony, you'll enjoy a direct view of the Arcachon Bay and the Thiers pier.

The apartment features a large closet in the entrance. The living area includes a TV and Wi-Fi, a double sofa bed (140 cm) for two people (carpeted floor), a pull-out bed, and a fold-down table with chairs for dining. The kitchenette is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, multi-function microwave, cooktop, and refrigerator/freezer. A mezzanine with a double bed (140 cm) provides two additional sleeping spaces. There is also a bathroom with a toilet. The parking is not located within the residence, but you will have an access badge for the Indigo parking garage in the city center (under the Arcachon market square, a short walk from the residence).

This apartment is equipped with a ceiling fan for maximum comfort.
All shops and restaurants are nearby; for shopping enthusiasts, you are in the heart of the city, and the main beach is just steps away for picnics or afternoon swims on our beautiful days. A sunny vacation awaits!
