Historic Art Deco Building facing of Washington Ave is perfectly located a few steps away from everything, 2 blocks from beaches and Ocean Drive, South Point, Espanola Way, Lincoln Rd.This is a great match for people who are looking to Enjoy the night life of Miami Beach.Walking distance to grocery stores. One of only four Suites, largest 1 bedroom units in the building. Located in the heart of South Beach. This is the best value for money as it is in the ideal location. Spacious (490 sqft. / 45.5 m2) It is in the very dynamic center of South Beach, it is close to all the spaces and attractions to visit. Free unlimited High speed WIFI. 2 Smart TV's. Perfect apartment for couples or families of 4. But 5 adults can sleep (max 5 Adults ) Children are welcome, they are be accompanied by at least 1 parent or legal guardian. We do not have a baby bed available, children will sleep in standard adult beds. Safe building 24hours surveillance.
You have the possibility if you request, to early bag drop, you can to store your luggage at the reception a few hours before check in (3pm) time to entry into the unit and a few hours after your check out (11am).(additional charges may apply. You must warn us before).
Front Desk will be available 24/7 to check-in and check-out. Front Desk speaks English and also Spanish. You can message us directly for any other requests. Contact is possible in ( En, Es, It, Fr)

Also 15 mn Taxi from Miami Airport is $35 fixed price to the apartment. The unit is centrally located to walk to many locations. Uber and Lyft service App you can used.
PS: Guest will have access to a private unit inside the Hotel, PLEASE Do not ask the front desk or any hotel employee for maid service, extra towels, toiletries or beach towels, they will NOT honor your request. If anything needs attention please contact me. If you need extra cleaning or extra towels or linen changed you must be know they have additional charge because we respect the people in charge of cleaning the space of this host, they receive a base salary and we support the commitment of living wage. Great location, needs updates.

Location is perfect for walking ocean drive. Great space plenty of beds. Would go back and would recommend. A bit outdated but worth the rental price.

In miami for a solo trip

The host was super responsive and attentive to all my questions, they were kind enough to let me checkk in early. The room itself was a classic short term rentL apartment, lots of beds, towels, blankets and grneral stuff in the room and all the basic amenities. My stay was amazing and the location was great. Only negative comment i have is the apartment is next to a conventient mart, every evening around 8-10pm there was always a lot of noise outside and people gathering on the street to go party. For myself it was fine but since i do have a family, i thought it wouldnt be the best option for us. I enjoyed my stay, the location and host. Thanks so much!

Art Deco building, is only 2 stories high, has a wide elevator and stairs. It has a 24/7 reception and doorman, it is only 15 minutes by taxi from Miami International Airport and if you travel by car there is a closed public parking and guarded 24 hours a day with the best prices in all of South Beach. Ideal to have a good time on the beach, the same for families and friends, they will all be together in this one bedroom apartment.

What makes this property unique

You will be in the true center of South Beach, in the streets where all the attractions, shopping malls, bars, restaurants, supermarket just below the building, everything is just a few steps away, in the epicenter of everything, ATM right in front, free bus to tour the city and the island of Miami Beach almost complete. The beach and Ocean Drive just two blocks away on foot. You will be in the center of the action but at the same time 2 blocks to be more calm to sleep and rest from the dynamic Ocean Drive.
