Come and stay in this beautiful country house which has just been tastefully renovated in the heart of Auvergne Tuscany. A disconnected stay guaranteed for lovers of tranquility and nature. The charm of the old stones and the cozy interior will seduce you for your next vacation. House without television and without internet, ideal for resting, reading, contemplating the fauna and flora... Nearby: town of Thiers and the cutlery museum, Aubusson lake for swimming and water sports, city of Clermont-Ferrand at 45min as well as the chain of puys at 1h… Shops and services in St Dier d'Auvergne at 3km. The gîte comprises on the ground floor: a living room, an equipped kitchen and a cellar with separate WC. Upstairs : -a bedroom: a 140 cm bed -a bedroom: a 140 cm bed -a bathroom with attic laundry room -a separate WC The asset of the cottage? the outdoor area with two terraces (one to the south-west and one to the north), games for children… Access by a 1.2km stone path.
