Maui Sunset B222 Oceanfront 2BR/2BA Condo Large Lanai

Maui Sunset is located on the ocean in sunny Kihei on 5.5 beautifully landscaped acres overlooking crystal blue pacific waters. Your island days can be filled with recreation and fun. Swim in Maui Sunset's beautiful pool with a shallow end for small children or enjoy relaxing in the jet spa. This lovely resort also offers two free play tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, putting green, croquet, an exercise room, BBQ grills, etc. Shopping and restaurants are just ten minutes walking distance away. Championship golf courts within a few minutes drive. Watch the sun rise over Haleakala Crater and set in the beautiful blue Pacific.

Our spacious two-bedroom oceanfront unit has 939 sq. ft. enclosed plus a beautiful 150 sq. ft. lanai (perfect for breakfast or lunch) overlooking the ocean. The unit also features two bathrooms both with walk in showers.

Complete stainless kitchen includes: electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, as well as dishware, glassware, silverware, pot & pans, cutlery, etc. This kitchen has been completely upgraded featuring granite counter tops.

Unit is decorated with mirrors and lovely paintings by local artists.

Free wireless internet is in the unit. There is air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms as well as ceiling fans. Entertainment includes a TV in the living room and in each bedroom.
Our two-bedroom unit has a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, and a queen sized sofa bed in the living room.

All towels and linens are provided including beach towels. Complete laundry facilities in condo include washer, dryer, iron and ironing board and we provide laundry soap. There is also a hair dryer in unit.

The Perfect Place

Our stay at the Maui sunset was nothing short of spectacular! Terry's place has the best view of the sun setting behind the West Maui mountains. The pool was clean and well-kept, the condo had everything we needed to make dinner or breakfast in, we saw sea turtles on the beach directly behind the complex, and Kihei is not only an awesome town but a great jumping off point for all things Maui. What a memorable stay!

Safe area, lots of activities near by. Close to food, shopping, gas. Awesome Sandy beach. Place was very clean, comfortable beds. Great for couples or family. Pool, hot tub and grounds well kept. Centrally located, easy to reach any part of the island.

We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Great communication with the property manager. Good location. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby that we frequented. Not too far from some of the best beaches. I miss the views from the patio. We appreciated all the extra power outlets and washer and dryer. It was quiet at night. I loved seeing all of the dogs out every evening on the lawn living their best lives. Family friendly environment. Thankful for the beach umbrella and chairs that was available for use.

Great place and location

The room was the perfect size for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). Plenty of space, great location in Kihie, and beautiful grounds. The kitchen was stocked with essentials that we needed and there were even noodles, boogie board, and beach chairs. It was great to be able to do laundry as well.

Great Location

This property worked out great for us. Location is great, the pool was nice and easy access to the beach. Each night we enjoyed an amazing sunset from the beach. Short distance to shops and restaurants. Only negative was cleanliness of the kitchen counters and the table. We took care of it and a great time.

Turtles on the Beach during Sunrise

The patio opened up to a wonderful sunset view where turtles would swim up upon and just bask in the sun. Amazing experience, would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for beauty that is affordable for Maui.

Maui sunset - great vacation

We had a great time at the Maui sunset. The host, Terry, was always quick at answered questions and very helpful. We found the condo was clean and very accommodating for our family. The location and view of the beach and sunset were great. The condo has plenty of amenities as does the Maui sunset (pool, bbq, tennis, park). It’s also well located in Kihei close to all services. The unit was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I stay at this complex often and this is now my new favorite unit. Great views and kitchen amenities. The TVs were difficult to figure out, but not enough to prevent me from coming back. I would highly recommend choosing this unit if staying at the Maui Sunset. Best bang for your buck

While not the most up to date property, for the price and location, we are very happy to have stayed here. The carpet and furniture are dated, but in good shape. This space was perfect for our family of 5 and could have accommodated a couple more kids if needed. We didn't spend much time in the condo except while sleeping because we were out and about all the time. Kids enjoyed the sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, and shade umbrellas. They also loved the pool and hot tub. The grounds are great, extremely well maintained, and while the beach in front of the resort was a bit rocky, the kids loved playing there on our first morning. The apartment had pretty much everything we needed as far as dishes and such went, we really didn't have to go buy anything else that was needed except food. For the price and location we would 100% stay here again, and if we are lucky enough to visit Maui again, we will be looking to stay here again.

This apartment was perfect!! Excellent location, lots of room for my party of 6 and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool, the gym, the beach were all great. We of course drove all over the island but there was a lot within walking distance. The host was fast to respond and very pleasant and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again.
