About this property

2 - Townhouse close to the beach in Costalita

Fantastic terraced house completely redecorated, only 30m from the beach! On the ground floor, you will find a large dining-living room as well as two terraces, a barbecue and a private garden, through which you also benefit from direct access to the shared swimming pool and then to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the dining room and was renovated in December 2025.



On the first floor you will find two bedrooms, one of which has a sea view terrace, and two bathrooms. The large master suite is located on the top floor, with its beautiful ceiling height, en-suite bathroom and private terrace with sea view.

You can enjoy direct access to the beach through the complex, beautiful tropical gardens, a children's playground and a large swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers.



The entire accommodation has been tastefully furnished, in an ethnic and modern style. The house will offer you all the necessary comfort to spend unforgettable holidays with family or friends

One of the pools will be closed from November to March



We cannot be held responsible in the event of pool closures by decision of the co-ownership or regional decision due to water restrictions put in place during periods of drought.



Please note that for your comfort we provide a FIRST NECESSITY WELCOME PACK with mini doses of shampoo, shower gel, soap and 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom as well as some capsules for coffee and dishwasher, which will not be renewed during the stay!
