We stayed for a week, the place was spotless, beautiful and Regine was very lovely and helpful. Great place for surrounding area visits. And having the pool kept us all cool on the hot afternoons. Fully recommended

Beautiful large home with amazing pool and views. We greatly enjoyed our stay and loved lounging by the pool, gazing into the French countryside. The house had plenty of room and was better than described on the website. A great find at a great price. The host was nearby and very helpful. Definitely hope to come back and stay again.

The house is beautiful and extremely well equipped. The owners are very friendly and discrete and are there to help if you need them.
We had a great stay and enjoyed the tranquility and panoramic views along with the presence of some very friendly farm animals nearby.
Plenty to see around the area but a car is definitely needed as everything is within 15-25mins away. I would highly recommend this accommodation for large families.

Nous avons été ravis de vous recevoir dans notre belle propriété. Nous avons retrouvé les lieux en parfait état et serions heureux de vous recevoir à nouveau. Un groupe très sympathique que je recommande aux futurs hôtes..A Bientôt :)
A very peaceful and rural setting. We are just back from a 1 week family holiday here and the setting i stunning. Beautiful views as far as the eye can see, and the house was very clean and well presented. We had our three children with us who loved the pool which is also well maintened. You definitely need a car if you are staying here as everyhting is a drive away, and there arent too many obvious walks immediatley next to the house, but if you are looking for a peaceful, quiet and rural holiday this is the house for you. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her also.

Merci beaucoup Richard, nous étions ravis de vous recevoir avec vos adorables enfants; Nous avons retrouvé une maison parfaitement rangée et avons apprécié nos échanges. Je recommande cette belle famille. A bientôt de vous revoir. Régine
We enjoyed our week at this property. It is very well equipped and is a lovely place to relax and spend time with family and friends. You do need a car but all shops are easily accessible. The rooms took a bit of reconfiguring and sharing - our misunderstanding when we read the description. However, this did not detract at all from the enjoyment of the property. We would definitely recommend for a relaxing week away.

Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire , nous avons été ravis de vous accueillir !
We had a magnificent stay at this beautiful property. The house has a lovely decor and was very clean with all the facilities we needed, including a large, well-equipped kitchen, and bedrooms with wonderfully comfortable beds. The garden is beautiful with lots of lavender and a stunning swimming pool and a marvellous view. The surroundings are very rural, with an idyllic countryside feel. There are no shops or bars in walking distance. It was great just to sit in the garden listening to the sounds of birds and nearby goats. We spent a lot of our time outside in the garden eating delicious food and drinking gorgeous local wines, interspersed with dips in the pool. St Emilion is a short drive away, so it is a superb place to go to stock up on wine. Also worth visiting is Libourne which has some great restaurants. It was from here we caught a train for day trips to Bordeaux and Bergerac. I would also like to thank our host. She was so kind and helpful and made our stay so welcoming. We had such a good time here, I would recommend it without hesitation.

I also greatly enjoyed our conversations, your friendliness, and your kindness. Thank you again for choosing our accommodation for your stay. I hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to the Libournais region, as I’m sure there are still many wonderful places for you to discover here.
I wish you all the very best.

Martin’s group was very respectful of the property and its surroundings. I warmly recommend them to all other hosts without hesitation.
We had a most enjoyable stay in the Vignes de Charlotte home! Regine the owner had prompt communication and speaks some English. She welcomed us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the house. The French country furnishings are beautiful! The house is on a hill with an amazing view of the countryside. Relaxing in the pool and happy hour on the patio were so enjoyable. The house is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated with Bosch appliances, large showers with rain showerheads, and every utensil, cookware, coffee and tea maker you need. The washer and dryer were very handy to do the laundry. Regine has a booklet full of information on the house and area restaurants, shops and things to do. There is a supermaket with a gas station only 10 minutes away. The house is in a great location for going wine tasting at the many local wineries. A car with a dependable GPS is a must as many, but not all, of the country roads are well marked. We really enjoyed exploring the local villages near the house, like St. Emilion. It’s also an easy 40 minute drive on the freeway into Bordeaux. A hint when driving to the house for the first time-there will be a house on the right side of the road with teal shutters. The driveway to the rental is behind that. You will see signs saying the Vignes de Charlotte. Turn right up the gravel and grass driveway until you come to a parking area on the right. Highly recommend! Regine is so kind. We will be back!
