This beautiful Second floor (top) fully furnished, very clean 1 bedroom/1 bath condo with its own private entry is nicely decorated and perfect for a getaway vacation. This property is very well equipped for a family of 4, featuring a King bed in the bedroom and a very comfortable Queen sofa -bed in the living room. In the condo, you will find a dishwasher, a full-size washer/dryer, microwave, ironing board & iron and 2 Flat-screen TV ( bedroom and living room). Amenities include 24 h fitness center, clubhouse, a business center with WIFI Internet access, parking and heated pool just steps away from your condo! Unlimited calls to Canada and the USA and high-speed internet are included in the rental. A welcome pack including laundry detergent and fabric softener, dish soap, dryer sheets, one kitchen sponge, one body sponge, and hand soap in startup version is supplied. Also two beach chairs, one umbrella and a cooler are waiting for you to go to the beach :) ! Just renovated the kitchen with new cabinets and beautiful granite counters! YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

Living currently in Montreal, Canada, we are slowly preparing our retirement in order to spend most of the cold winter months in beautiful Florida. With more than 30 years spend traveling around the world, as managers of an important Canadian Tour Operator, we choose Clearwater as our Home away from Home for the beautiful beaches, wonderful people and the serenity of the East Coast.
