Appartement très cosy et soigné avec une vue magnifique sur les étangs. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants Accès plage en deux minutes à pieds Résidence sécurisée. Très bon restaurant a 5 minutes à pieds. Tous les commerces de base à 5 minutes en voiture. On se sent très vite comme chez soit dans ce très bel appartement où il ne manque rien.

Très bel appartement

Appartement très confortable et très bien équipé : conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. La résidence est très bien située : le centre de PALAVAS est à seulement 10/15 min à pied et la plage juste en bas de l'immeuble. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

schönes Apartment in traumhafter Lage

Unser Familienurlaub (Eltern mit zwei erwachsenen Töchtern) war wunderbar. Obwohl das Apartment für vier Personen klein ist, war die Raumaufteilung optimal gelöst. Das Wohnzimmer war gleichzeitig auch das zweite Schlafzimmer, was vollkommen in Ordnung war, da das Sofa zum sehr bequemen Doppelbett umfunktioniert werden konnte. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Sie ist durchdacht und liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl darin. Auch die Lage ist traumhaft. Es sind nur ein paar Schritte zum wunderschönen Strand. Hier gibt es keine Liegen und Sonnenschirme zu mieten. Da man aber wirklich direkt vor Ort ist, kann man seine eigenen Strandutensilien bequem mitnehmen. Zum Apartment gehört eine Tiefgarage. Hier haben wir auch unsere Luftmatratzen und Sonnenschirme gelagert und das Auto stand gut geschützt. Der Balkonausblick ist atemberaubend. Man schaut auf das Naturschutzgebiet mit tollem Sonnenuntergang. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Und obwohl es eine Sprachbarriere gab (wir reden leider kein französisch und die Gastgeber kein deutsch oder englisch), waren sie sehr bemüht, uns alles zu erklären und im Notfall eine Dolmetscherin zu kontaktieren, was einwandfrei geklappt hat. Der Ort Palavas-les-flots bietet zahlreiche Restaurants, kleine Läden und Flaniermöglichkeiten und einen schönen Hafen. Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiter!

Excellente location

Tout est conforme au descriptif. L'espace est très bien optimisé. La literie est de très bon confort. L'exposition permet de profiter de la terrasse toute la journée. Une location vraiment très agréable et calme. La plage est juste en bas de l'immeuble. Baignade surveillée. Un petit quart d'heure à pied pour aller au centre de Palavas. Merci aux propriétaires qui sont très accueillants et disponibles.
