We had a wonderful relaxing few days in this unit. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a get away in St Augustine. The condos are older but this unit had been completely updated with good finishes.

We really enjoyed our time at this home! It was appointed and stocked well with everything we needed. We loved the proximity to the pool and beach access boardwalk. The ocean view from the balcony was lovely. The location is great, and it was a very comfortable space for our family. The host was very prompt and helpful with our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

A fully renovated condo, oceanfront, which was wonderful! Reasonably priced or we would not have been able to afford it! Beds were comfortable, the decor was so cozy and nice, everything worked well, and there was plenty of everything you need to get started. The kitchen was especially well equipped.We stayed a month. The weather was a bit uncooperative but we just watched TV, did jigsaw puzzles, and read on days that weren’t beach time. That’s what we loved about a month’s stay — time for seeing family and friends, but also alone time. We really relaxed and forgot about all the “home duties.” We loved the beautiful wide beach, good for walking, and playing in the surf, with lots of families. The condo complex was quiet and convenient with several pools and hot tubs. It is older than some complexes but well kept and homey. We just loved it! Thank you, Nithin, for providing the break we needed!

The property was as described. Great view and could hear the ocean and feel the breeze from the balcony and master bedroom. Beautifully decorated. Host quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Would stay again.

Room was fresh and clean. Beach is a little bit of a walk but its worth it. Pools were nice and you had options if one was filled with other people. We were surprised about the amount of dogs there. I would stay here again.

Beautiful, clean unit thats safe and very convenient to the beach! Stocked with everything that was needed, comfy beds, great views. Good food, coffee and shopping near by and not too far from historic st augustine! You can hear people walking in the unit above so bring the sounds machines!

This is a super cute, cozy condo that has about everything you'd need for a beach stay. The views and decor are lovely and both the assigned parking space and the boardwalk to the beach are close and conveniently located. Communication was fantastic, with thorough instructions provided prior to check-in, and we had no trouble getting in. We did run into a few issues (full disclosure: we did not contact the host about these during our stay, as we were only there for three nights and these things didn't seem worth the bother). We had intended to use the sleeper sofa, but were unable to as it was not made up and we could not find extra linens anywhere. The provided code for the beach walkway was incorrect and we had to flag someone down to help us get through. And the toilet in the second (non-primary) bathroom only flushed intermittently, with no apparent rhyme or reason to when it would work. These things certainly didn't ruin our time though. This was still a nice condo and a nice stay, and I would still recommend it!
