“Sea Glass Home”- Beautiful townhome located in the heart of the Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort area, next to the ATLANTIC WAVE PARK & DOME music venue! 2 BLOCKS FROM THE BEACH! Sits on a quiet, residential street, but steps away from the lively boardwalk with shops, restaurants, & entertainment. Sleep up to 8 guests, and the home's layout is perfect for both families traveling with children or friends on a getaway. The open-concept living/ dining area and kitchen are perfect for gathering.

This home is new construction with brand new furniture, appliances, and updated finishes. Bedroom #1 on the first floor contains 1 queen bed. Bathroom #1 on the first floor is a full bathroom with shower.

The main living quarters are on the 2nd floor, with a large kitchen, dining room, and living room that opens to a 2 decks. Bathroom #2 is on the 2nd floor and is a half-bath.

Bedroom #2 on the third floor contains a queen bed and a twin bed with trundle. Bedroom #3 is the master bedroom located on the 3rd floor and contains a king bed. Bathroom #3 is on the 3rd floor and is a full bath with shower, double vanity sinks, and a tub.

Some things to note:
GUEST ACCESS:
-- Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am. We love to host, so we have a high turnover rate, and our cleaners strictly adhere to this schedule to accommodate.
-- A door code will be sent to you a week before your arrival.

AMENITIES:
We provide fresh linens, towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. *THINK OF THESE ITEMS AS “STARTER KITS” - Highly recommend you bring additional items such as coffee/cooking spray/water bottles etc*. Roku TVs are located in most bedrooms. Portable pack and play available upon request.

PARKING:
There is some private parking, and a detailed map will be sent upon booking. Additional details regarding public parking options will also be provided.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
We ask that you leave everything in the home as you found it, strip the linens from the beds, run the dishwasher, and take trash to the bins on the street. This will ensure the quality of the home for the next guest and expedite the cleaning.

REFUNDS:
Highly recommend trip insurance. We do not give refunds due to the weather.

House was very nice and in an awesome location. Short 5 minute walk to the beach, close enough to be convenient, yet far enough back to be away from the noise of the boardwalk. Nathan and Jade were great to work with...very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Paradise Getaway

Relaxing weekend in a fabulous house. Plenty of room to fit 6 people and not be on top of each other. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Stores and restaurants within walking distance. We will be back.

Lovely home

Loved the house and location was perfect. Would suggest putting a chair on the first floor, hard for a handicap person to sit on the bed and get dressed. Also it took about 10 minutes for the hot water to come to the 1st and 3 rd floor. Maybe a tv in 1st floor bedroom also. Very comfortable stay and very clean. Thanks for helping us get in also, very accommodating

The townhome was not very clean. The floor in the master bedroom was peeling. The switch on one of the lamps in the bedroom was broken rendering it useless. The fabric on one of the living room chairs was torn and a metal part was exposed. There were ants in the kitchen. The kitchen was very poorly equipped-basic items such as a set of wooden spoons, salt and pepper were nonexistent. I purchased an inexpensive salt and pepper shaker set and left it for the next guests!

Spring break getaway

The townhouse is gorgeous! Fairly new construction and in great shape. Only complaint is the location — close to the beach but the sidewalks are terrible and traffic speeding on the roads nearby (fault of VA Beach local government, not the hosts of course). Definitely recommend! Responsive hosts too.

Weekend getaway

Great location, walkable and easily accessible to the beach and many local restaurants in the Vibe District. We had a fun weekend visiting the ropes course, Motor world, Norfolk naval base and the boardwalk! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The property was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here agin, no doubt. The only recommendation I have is to put a mirror in the two bedrooms upstairs, making it easier for us to get ready when the bathroom was occupied.

Spacious, Clean VA Beach Townhouse

House is new, and was very clean upon arrival. Very spacious inside, with a great layout for gathering and sleeping. Kitchen was very well stocked with supplies. Garage is convenient for storing beach items, and could be used for additional parking if needed. Beach and promenade only a short walk away, along with several great shops and restaurants. Owners were very responsive to our questions before and during our stay, typically responding within minutes. Highly recommend this property and would consider renting again on our next trip to VA Beach.

Comfy and clean townhouse

Our family (two adults and three young kids) enjoyed staying in this nice townhouse. We were visiting relatives who lived within walking distance, which was one of the main reasons we originally chose this place to stay. Overall would gladly recommend. The owners were clear and reasonable in their guidelines/requests. The townhouse itself was clean, beautiful, comfy, and a good size for our group of five. Beds were very comfortable, though the location is close enough to intersections that it was sometimes noisy at night. Our kids didn’t have trouble sleeping but my husband and I noticed it some (with a sound machine on too). This might not be the best spot for folks who want a very quiet environment at night. However, the location was excellent for being close enough to walk to the beach and to other nearby spots for food and such, plus a quick drive to other places.
