About this property

Freshly renovated, this 2nd floor town home has breath taking views of the ocean and pool from the balcony. Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd level along with one bathroom the 2nd bath is downstairs. The condo is fully stocked with all the amenities you could need. Plenty of space for your whole family.
Beach chairs, beach buggy, and beach towels are provided for use.
Couples or families will enjoy, as the unit can sleep 6.
There is a pool, chairs, umbrella, tennis courts & shuffle board, and community center. This complex has an office onsite, with a friendly staff, to help guests get oriented and comfortable. Visit nearby Anastasia Island State Park , travel over one of the two bridges to visit the historic old town St.Augustine (10 minutes away), for sight seeing, restaurants, shops etc. New movie theater and shopping outlets.
In the evenings the atmosphere of the city of St. Augustine is special and unique to the oldest city in the country, with a variety of excellent restaurants ranging in price and cuisine.

Needs TLC

We have been staying at Spanish Trace for many years and love it but this unit was a disappointment to us. This unit did not have bath towels. It only had a few well worn beach towels that we had to use for the bath. There are only two small folding chairs on the balcony that you can not see over the rail when sitting in. There was no working Wi-Fi which was a real hassle. These were the biggest issues. This unit definitely needs a little TLC!

Shabby!!!!

For starters, when we checked in we found ourselves in a townhome. I am awaiting knee replacement and the stairs were extremely difficult for me. The cleanliness of the unit was poor. The cook top was greasy and the sink was just plain gross. The formica is coming up on the kitchen counter. In the downstairs bath it appeared to be recently redone but there was no soapdish or shower caddy. Where can I put must shampoo and soap? Upstairs the carpet was dirty and the sink in the bedroom looked like it had never been scrubbed. The stairs looked like they are rarely vacuumed. And on checkout day we had a roach! The location was fabulous but the condo was far from it. The owners have updated some furnishings but the basic quality was just plain shabby.. If you are interested in photos I can provide them, just ask.

Great stay

This is a clean and comfortable property. We would stay again! They have a well outfitted kitchen and comfortable furniture and beds. The pool is beautiful and big!
