Farmhouse in romantic Brittany

A large family home in the heart of romantic Brittany, situated on a peaceful 11-hectare property surrounded by fields. In the family for three generations, this farmhouse was completely renovated in 2014 by my father to serve as a bed-and-breakfast. Today, the guesthouse business has closed. The house has become a second home.
You’ll feel right at home in this comfortable house where we love to cook, relax, and play (my children leave their toys available for guests).
It features 3 charming bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 single bed, and a cot), each with its own private shower room or bathroom and toilet. Sheets and towels are provided. Large, unfenced garden with a furnished patio and a BBQ.

Centrally located and ideal for exploring the Ille-et-Vilaine region: a 10-minute drive from Combourg, a picturesque town featuring the Château de Chateaubriand; 10 minutes from the canal (where you can rent bikes and boats); 10 minutes from the L’Étang de Boulet recreation area (swimming, water sports), 20 minutes from Rennes, 30 minutes from Dinan, and 45 minutes from tourist attractions: Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, Cancale, and Brocéliande.

We provide all our books, comics, CDs, DVDs, board games, outdoor games, and toys… Please take good care of them so everyone can enjoy them. There is no Wi-Fi on-site—disconnection and a family-friendly atmosphere guaranteed.

The house is non-smoking.
A very quiet and discreet young couple lives on the property.
