Spacious 2100 square foot home with peaceful water view in fantastic, family- friendly resort community.

After an active day of enjoying the community and the surrounding Tampa Bay area, relax and enjoy the peaceful water view from your covered lanai, grill some dinner and sip some wine while watching the tropical birds graze along the edge of the lake.

Later in the evening, watch the sun set over the woods from the privacy of your own hot tub. This house has a peaceful, unobstructed water view from the eat-in kitchen, breakfast room, family room and covered lanai areas.

The Master Bedroom has a huge, romantic king-sized bed, 42' flat panel
tv, in-suite master bath with jacuzzi-tub/separate shower/double sinks, and sliding glass doors out
to the lanai.

Great house and location for family

Young family stayed at the house long term and truly enjoyed it. The owner and property managers were extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

Nice set up

Very nice home with plenty of room for everyone. Lots of wildlife in the area and plenty of walking trails throughout the neighborhood. Quiet nice location.

My wife, I , and dog Louie enjoyed our 2+ month stay. The walking paths throughout the community were great and provided an easy way for my wife to use her walker. We enjoyed eating at the kitchen table and watching the wildlife on the pond. Overall, a great time in FL and the Fish Hawk area.

Beautiful place

This house was very well equiped, clean and very pretty. Location was nice. Since we traveled with pets, we would have enjoyed a fenced in back yard. The only complaint we really had was that that the living room furniture had seen much better days. The communication with the owner was great.

Relaxing n entertaining of all types of bird’s, gator, turtles, fogs n beautiful paths to walk 💕

Loved it! Lots of wild life, wonderful paths that went on and on with beautiful homes to see n lots of places to eat at! Our favorite was a brewery called Bullfrog, the best burgers n fries, Shells is a great sea food restaurant too! Loved talking long walks, n not to far from Tampa, Sarasota, Saint Petersburg St. Pete’s n Tarpan! Hot tub felt good on the cool evenings too! Loved the view from the kitchen, the pond was very busy with beautiful birds each n every day! Sand cranes were the best, visited every day ( called them our new friends) n nice neighbors! The kids were very friendly too, loved petting our dog Max! Beds big bad but the sofa very uncomfortable but we loved our stay!! Thanks so much Paul n Ray n Wanda 😊
