Very clean and private which suits out style of holiday. Know the area very well and the villa is really suitable for us. Emma is really nice and has been very helpful in making our stay more comfortable.

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, wir hatten unsere Fahrräder mit und somit kein Problem in kurzer Zeit am Meer zu sein. Der Weg zum Meer ist sehr gut zum Fahrradfahren. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, die Atmosphäre im Haus und Garten sehr privat.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet zum Kochen. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal hier und werden wiederkommen.

Ruhiges Domizil am Rande einer lebhaften Stadt

Sehr gut ausgestattetes voll klimatisiertes Ferienhaus mit reichlich Platz für 2 Erwachsene (ggf. 1-2 Kinder). Bei Belegung mit zwei Paaren vielleicht etwas eng. Grundstück und der kleine Garten mit Terrasse nicht einsehbar. Sehr hilfsbereite, aber nicht aufdringliche Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan. Gesamter Komplex von einer Mauer umgeben. Zufahrt mit elektrischem Toröffner. Mitten in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in der nord-westlichen Peripherie von Nizza. Das wunderschöne historische Künstlerstädtchen Saint Paul de Vence liegt nur 10-15 Fahrminuten entfernt. Riesiger Supermarkt in 5 Autominuten zu erreichen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die östliche Côte d'Azur zu erkunden. Eher für Erholungssuchende und Kulturbegeisterte oder Familien mit bis zu zwei Kindern. Das einzige, was wir vermisst haben, waren Sonnenliegen. Ansonsten wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen!

Schönes Ferienhäuschen, ruhig und diskret

Vom Haus aus haben wir Touren mit unseren E- Bikes in alle Richtungen machen können. Die Startposition für Fahrradtouren ist klasse, da die Radwege bis zum Meer sehr gut ausgebaut sind. Wir lieben das sehr gute Fahrradwegenetz der Franzosen sehr und wissen es zu schätzen. Die Freundlichkeit der Franzosen ist zu würdigen. Der Parkplatz auf dem Gelände ist großartig. Der Garten ist gepflegt die Terrasse lädt zum Essen außerhalb ein. Die Einrichtung ist modern und sehr zweckmäßig. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut. Die Madame des Hauses hat uns sehr freundlich aufgenommen und war unkompliziert im Umgang mit uns. Wir bedanken uns sehr für die herzliche Aufnahme.
