About this property

Updated waterfront condo. Short walk to the Beach! Family friendly

Turquoise Turtle is a recently updated town home in Santa Rosa Dunes. End unit with lots of windows and natural light.

Beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, beach tote, beach toys and more included for guests to use!

Our unit features two stories. When you walk in the door, you will find a beautifully decorated living room, kitchen with all updated stainless steel appliances and gorgeous granite countertops. The living room leads to the balcony overlooking a beautiful view of the sound and the Santa Rosa Dunes pier. The pier is a perfect spot to fish from, and to also catch an amazing sunset. We love to watch the Blue Herons, Pelicans, and other birds playing in the sound. The large common grounds area viewable from the balcony is a perfect place for the kids to run around and play. Also on this floor, you will find a pantry, washer/dryer, and a half bath which is very convenient for anyone to use during the day, without having to go through bedrooms.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a magnificent view of the sound, which is viewable from the comforts of the King sized bed. The master bathroom is newly updated and features a gorgeous tiled shower. The Second bedroom features a Queen sized bed and a Twin over Full bunk bed. This bedroom also has its own updated bathroom featuring a tub/shower. Both bathrooms have sky lights which bring ample lighting into the bathroom without having to even turn on the lights. All beds have new mattresses and pillows and high quality sheets.

Turquoise Turtle is on the second and third level of the town home with no one above you. With only nine town homes in unit 8, you feel less crowded and have easy parking with 2 parking spaces allotted.

Santa Rosa Dunes features the largest pool in Pensacola beach! We also have a tennis court and shuffleboard courts.

The sugary white sand beach is a short 5 minute walk from your door. Please be our guest and utilize our beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, beach towels and beach toys at your convenience. We strive to make your trip as convenient as possible. On the beach, you can soak up the sun, play in the turquoise waters, watch for dolphins, skim board, boogie board, and collect sea shells.

Don’t dismiss the sound side of the island. Bring or rent a kayak or paddle board and enjoy our beautiful water on this side as well. Let us know if you are interested in renting a kayak or paddle board and we will send you the info. Small beach area located near the pier which is fun for kids to search for hermit crabs.

TVs with Roku devices located in bedrooms & living room. Living Room also has a DVD player.
We offer upgraded, high-speed, secure WIFI. Why work from home when you can work from the beach?!!

Quiet neighborhood convenient to beach and restaurants

We loved the peaceful view of the bay and appreciated the beach chairs, wagon and umbrella provided by the owners. Charming condo was comfortable for my family of four.

Pleasant Stay

We enjoyed staying at this property. The location was great! Brittany was amazing with communication. My family of five had plenty of room. It was so nice to have the washer and dryer. The only place where there was room for improvement would be with cleanliness. There was urine on the toilet seat, hair in the bed, and a lot of dust on the vents. Overall our stay was good!

Had a wonderful time at the Turquoise Turtle. Loved that it's an end unit. Great view of the sound and fishing pier from the balcony and master bedroom. Walking distance to the Gulf ( beautiful beach) Close to Peg Leg Pete's and Tom Thumb convenience store. Loved the beach decor. Master bath shower was awesome. Everything in kitchen was labeled, making it easy to find things. Large pool was great. Communication with Brittany was great. Very quick to answer all my questions. We had an awesome stay and would highly recommend renting the Turquoise Turtle condo (821)

Beautiful location inside and ouy

We loved our stay here. They had everything we could have needed to make us comfortable. The property was very well kept and clean when we arrived. The pool was huge and lots of fun for all ages and its only a short walk from the property. We utilized items out of the storage for the beach and had plenty of options. Having peg leg petes so close was amazing. The food and drinks are a must when you stay. There were storms when we came down and the owners checked in on us to make sure we were okay and didnt need anything. They answered all our questions and responded quickly. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thanks for making our vacation great!

Great stay!

Excellent experience at the Turquoise Turtle, from first communication with the owner prior to booking all the way through check out. The condo was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. The kitchen had labels for everything so it was easy to find what we needed! The appliances were all new and worked well. The pier is a short walk and a great fishing pier, especially if you need bait fish for a fishing trip. The pool at this complex is amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s huge, warm (in August anyway) and very well kept. It’s on the way to the beach so it’s nice to take a quick dip on the way to and from. The condo is also very spacious compared to other places we have stayed in the area. The second bedroom set up is perfect for multiple kids. We will definitely visit the Turquoise Turtle again!

Where do I start ? The place was absolutely amazing and clean. Wall to wall decorations with that real beach feel. Every bedroom had a private bathroom with sky light. The mater bedroom had the best view and the shower was amazing. The view of the sound was spectacular especially at sunset. The gulf was a short walk away with a fantastic beach. The community had a private large size pool. Again I could go on and on about this place. I’d buy it if it was for sale. Lol

Great condo and location for family getaway. The decor, ambiance and amenities for our use (beach chairs) made for a pleasurable stay. Only short walks to the beach, bay pier, convenience store, and Peg Leg Pete’s. Overall, our stay at TT was a very pleasant experience for our family.

Everything was just as described, Would to stay there again.

This was truly a nicely renovated condo. It was perfect for my family of 8. Loved all the items that were there for us to utilize. My one and only suggestion would be to have just a couple more bath towels available. We just used beach towels we brought , so wasn’t a huge issue Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your wonderful place.

Cozy and comfortable in a great location

Communication with owner was super quick making booking and preparing for our stay easy. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Check in and check out was also easy. Location was great, quick walk to the beach and the pool was clean, not busy and right behind the building. It was quiet in the evenings and you can walk to Peg Leg's or take the trolley down to the other side of the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Family Trip

This property was a wonderful location, just had to walk across the road to get to the beach. I also liked how it was very close to a gas station and a delicious restaurant. The townhouse had everything stocked that you would need plus a few extras like a storage shed with beach chairs and toys. It was decorated beautifully and was spacious. I loved how there was a big grassy area on the property for my kids to run around and play sports. The beds and blankets were very comfortable we all slept well on vacation. I would definitely stay at this property again!

We had a wonderful vacation at Pensacola Beach. The host was super friendly, generous with information about the area, and very accommodating. Check in was easy. The town home was in excellent condition, decorated beautifully for the beach location. All amenities in the town home were great. We were very comfortable and pleased with our stay.

We, Justin and Brittany, were married in 2006. We are travelers by nature. We have visited so many beautiful places. We always find our heart at the beach. We have 3 children. We have vacationed at different beaches every year since our oldest was 11 weeks old in 2012.

Why they chose this property

We first visited Pensacola Beach in 2019. We stayed at our friends condo and had the time of our lives. Our children enjoyed the sound just as much as the beach. There was something special here. Something different than any beach we had ever been to. On that vacation, we said “THIS is where we have to buy a place someday.” We really love how the beach here isn't super crowded too, the water is breathtaking and the sand is so white and soft!

We love the location here at Santa Rosa Dunes. The pool, the quietness and privacy, the location, all of these things appealed to us.

What makes this property unique

Being a family with 3 children, we are always seeking out places that provide as many amenities as possible, so that we have less to pack! So we strive to do the same for our guests. We want to make everyone as comfortable as possible. We hope that you have an amazing time here.
