"Southern Shores" on Lake Mokoma

Southern Shores is located on the South side of Lake Mokoma with picturesque views of the lake.
A quiet and serene view of the lake lets you enjoy your morning coffee on the large deck that overlooks or a relaxing view of the sunset.

Step inside the brick home to see the newly remodeled interior that offers an open concept with a full kitchen that has granite countertops, and new appliances. Off of the kitchen area is a dining room table that seats up to eight and a sitting area to look out the bow window onto the lake and a gas stove for those chill nights. There is also a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The second floor offers three bright bedrooms. The first bedroom on the lake side has a full size bed; the second bedroom on the lake side has a full size bed; the third bedroom has a twin bed and a set of bunk beds. There is also a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a laundry room area.

Enjoy the fresh air while you enjoy the remaining amenities that Southern Shores offers. A dock that is a short distance away from the home with a private boat house that has a rowboat, canoe, and kayak. Cook dinner on the gas grill or have some s'mores around the fire pit, which is located next to the lake too!

Southern Shores sleeps up to seven people. This is a non-smoking cottage and pets are negotiable with a non-refundable pet fee. No internet is available. Linens and towels are not provided.

Rental rate is $1,550 (cleaning included) plus PA Sales Tax and 3% Hotel Occupancy Tax for a 6 night rental.
