Chateau Bliss is a cozy and luxurious cottage located in the scenic Laurel Estates at the Glades. This stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom cottage offers a comfortable living room with a Sleeper Sofa and a gas fireplace, perfect for snuggling up during cold nights. The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need for cooking and preparing meals. Chateau Bliss can accommodate up to 11 guests and has 2 parking spaces.

The master bedroom features a relaxing Jacuzzi tub for a spa-like experience. Guests can enjoy the beautiful outdoors and fresh mountain air on the cottage's covered porch.

Guests at Chateau Bliss have access to the outdoor seasonal pool and firepit at the resort pool, providing the perfect place to gather with family and friends. The cottage also features a deck, a gas grill, and a multigame arcade system, as well as a pool table for some friendly competition. The outdoor dining area is a great spot to enjoy a meal with loved ones while taking in the beautiful scenery.

The cottage also features a Twin over Queen Bunk Bed in the loft area, providing extra sleeping space. Very nice and convenient location.

Enjoyed our stay in this cabin. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Cabin is across street from the pool-pool was getting ready to open. Highly recommend staying here.

It was big enough for where hole family

All the little kids love the pool table there first time play. Two story caben and the bathroom was amazing everything there was amazing thank you.

The cabin was clean, but the laminate flooring is taped in a lot of places, not sure why they don’t fix it. When we arrived the grass was high and it needed weeded badly. The weeds aren’t something that just happened. You can tell the landscaping and grass is not maintained.

Wonderful house!

This house was perfect for two families staying for a soccer tournament. Very close to Rocky Top, grocery, and downtown. House was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Hot tub was great and we loved the layout of the house. If you are looking for privacy and seclusion, this is probably not the best place for you since it is in a community of rental homes.

An Excellent Experience

The cabin was great. It was exactly as advertised. We were visiting Gatlinburg during a rainy weekend and the cabin provided a great place for us to hang out, keep warm, and spend time together. My kids had a great time playing pool and we all spent tons of time in the hot tub. There was plenty of room, we weren't on top of eachother. All the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were great. I forgot my shampoo, but there was some provided and it was great as well as makeup removers and lotion. We were very impressed with the customer service and we are definitely planning on staying here again.

Beautiful cabin!

This cabin was perfect for us! Spacious for our group of 7! Kitchen was nicely stocked. We were so glad we were able to bring our dog, too! We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. If I have to critique anything, I would say the hot tub would benefit by having a step to get in, and (although this isn't anything against the owner or management) the neighborhood is still being developed, so construction noise was present. Once the pool is finished, this cabin will be perfect as it's right across the street! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful area

The kitchen floor was coming up and taped down so they knew this was an issue. Several of us tripped over the spots, we only had 3 chairs on the balcony for an 11 person cabin. Other use the property was nice located right across from the pool.

Okish location for a party of 6

Booked 2 weeks prior and everything went smoothly. There were not many parking spaces but, we managed with 3 vehicles. Nice cabin, beautiful location, not far from stuff. The bedding wasn't very clean and not pet friendly for our larger dog. The pet rules where not stated until we paid for our booking.

The location was good and the house itself was beautiful. Our biggest issue was some cleanliness. Most of the dishes in the cupboards were not clean and the 2 of the 3 showers had hair on the walls.

Great stay at Chateau Bliss

Great time at Chateau Bliss. Eden Crest was easy to work with. The cabin was really nice, clean, and spacious. Laurel Estates is a gray Nice development and in a great location. Only cons were that this isn’t the place of you want to feel private and secluded. It’s a busy development and you are very close to your neighbors. Also chateau bliss was across street from pool which is really nice and convenient but it did stay really busy and was always full of people. Overall I would recommend the cabin and definitely recommend Eden Crest who manage the property.

Mountain vacation

Overall the cabin was very nice and was located in a very new and nice subdivision with similar type cabins. We were lucky enough to get a cabin that was across the street from the complex pool it was heated and very clean. The cabin itself was as advertised everything was very new and clean. The amenities in the cabin were great we brought alot with us but anyone could stay there without bringing a thing. The Bad... The floor in the kitchen was held down by duct tape which was unsightly I contacted property management about it but there wasn't anything they could do it was a known issue that was not fixed for some reason.

Wedding Getaway

Property is beautiful on the outside, and while parking might be tight for a larger truck our crossover and minivan fit nicely. Easy to find, but we had a storm while out for the evening. It knocked the internet for the mountain out, and GPS was hopelessly running us and about 10 other cars in circles. Definitely download directions up the mountain for yourself or print them out as we were unable to access email. The overall size of this property for a large family was perfect! We were very happy with the space for our large family. It had everything we could have asked for on site. Minor detail that was more an annoyance than anything, just inside the front door the flooring needed work done the boards were disconnected, and peeling slightly. This was a tripping hazard for us coming in after dark. The smart lock for the house is very convenient for a larger family to come and go from amenities, but it was a little tricky for some to make it work correctly, especially without a detailed instruction available. Overall we had a great trip, and we would definitely stay here in the future!

Beautiful House - neighborhood a challenge

Property was lovely and very comfortable just as promised, however the neighborhood was not awesome. Several other homes were rentals and there was plenty of loud music late at night as well as groups with extremely loud music at the pool in the afternoon, making it too unpleasant to even use at times. Which is a shame as it is a beautiful pool. There is also only one way in and one way out of the neighborhood - but during our stay the way out was blocked by a downed power line. So in order to leave our house we had to drive down a one way street the wrong way around a blind curve rather than play chicken with a downed power line. The power line was fixed the next day after a few calls with the management company - but it seems they had been aware of the issue before we arrived and nothing had been done to resolve it. Not sure why they didn't address this safety hazard immediately??

Weekend getaway

Very spacious and clean cabin. It was exactly as advertised and super convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. Only complaint was there were a few lvp floor boards that needed maintenance and the front door lock was a little tricky to operate;). But overall we loved the property and would book again!

Great place in Gatlinburg!

This cabin was perfect for our recent trip to Gatlinburg. It was brand new and very clean with plenty of space for our large group. The kids especially enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and arcade game. The location was convenient and within a five minute drive of downtown. The only negative part was the construction going on all around us with the pool installation and new cabins being built next door. However, we would definitely stay again. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!
