Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please fill up the gas in the golf cart before departure. The gas station is out at pebbly beach. Thank you.
Please take out the trash. The trash is located next to the golf cart parking. You can use any of the trash cans.
Please clean and turn off the BBQ and the propane tank at the BBQ. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The check out time is 10am. If you would like a late noon check out it is $199 and subject to availability and managers approval.
No drinking and driving on the carts. Guests are responsible for any damage, tickets and liability.

The BEST Way to Experience Catalina!

This property was absolutely a 10 out of 10 for our family! The the views were incredible. It was spacious - our family of four fit perfectly (two kids under 10 plus Mom and Dad), it had everything we needed and it was the best way to experience Catalina! From the golf cart that enabled us to experience all the island had to offer, the units close proximity to the pool as well as the complex's private little beach; we will definitely be back! Our host was super communicative as well!

The place was amazing! So many pros - the view is perfect, house was so clean, bed was extremely comfy, the place was stocked with everything you need for a perfect vacation from kitchen supplies to extra blankets. Fireplace was so nice. Easy to get to and from town on the provided golf cart. Cons - nothing too big. We left pumpkin pie out (in container) and ants were all over it the next morning. We left nothing out after that and didn’t see another ant. I have AT&T and couldn’t make calls out and I didn’t have the access code to the lockbox. Luckily my husband had service and the owner/mgr answered immediately and gave me the code so make sure you have cell service and the code before getting into Hamilton cove. I appreciated the quick communication. This has been one of my favorite trips and I would stay in this exact unit again!

Absolutely beautiful place… stunning views …the hostess is an absolute pleasure…she is kind and she gave great insight on where to go and what to do and gave great insight on what not to do.. such as paddle boarding on the ocean for beginners …we left a shirt in the closet and she mailed it back without charge … she is very kind and truly cares and wants you to enjoy your stay .. we look forward to staying there again.

Our villa is has a wonderful location in Hamiton cove. It only has a few stairs and is a very specious oceanfront penthouse villa featuring high beam ceilings , wrap around deck , cozy living room with fireplace, new furniture inside and out, new large smart Tv's in every room, fully stocked kitchen and stunning unobstructed panoramic ocean views!!

What makes this property unique

The penthouse suite is very spacious with only a few stairs and is in an excellent location. It has a wonderful location in the complex and is close to everything. The Descanso beach club is right next door where you can enjoy the beach, lunch, rent a private cabana.
The villa also offers spectacular unobstructed panoramic ocean views with new furniture inside and out. It has cathedral ceilings, 2 balconies with ocean views and the golf cart is included. Remember to bring your water shoes and the fish love frozen peas!! Enjoy!!
