Wow—this home truly exceeded our expectations! The pictures are beautiful, but they honestly don’t capture just how special this place is in person. You can immediately see the amount of care and attention the owners have put into the home. It’s beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, comfortable, and welcoming.And the views of the sea are absolutely breathtaking! We found ourselves just sitting and taking them in.The owner was fantastic—very communicative before our arrival and throughout our stay, always making sure everything was perfect and that we had what we needed.We absolutely loved our stay and can’t recommend this home enough. It’s one of those places you’re genuinely sad to leave. We would return in a heartbeat!

Perfect Getaway

Dream Vacation Location!

I wanted to treat my girlfriend to an unforgettable trip to Catalina (where I would later propose to her), and this rental was the perfect place to bring her! The views are spectacular and the included golf cart allowed us mobility on the island. I highly recommend!

Amazing!!!

This is our second time staying at this condo and it definitely meets our expectations. The views and amenities are perfect for a couple or family getaway. The golf cart that is included is a must for the island. Host is very easy to respond to any inquiries. I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect honeymoon

We had a great time staying here. The hosts were incredibly kind and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The sunrises from the balcony were spectacular and everything was clean and comfortable. The golf cart was perfect to get around the island and conveniently had a lock box attached to it, so you didn’t have to worry about the keys. I would 1000% stay here again and would recommend it to whoever wanted to stay in Avalon. Perfect setting for our honeymoon.

A wonderful experience

We brought our two granddaughters on a special trip celebrating ten years. We planned so many fun excursions from zip line to parasailing to wave riding and fishing and snorkeling. Our accommodations were lovely and the view amazing we loved our host and he was so friendly and helpful at every point. We recommend this location to all.

Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Catalina

Hands down the best location in Catalina. There are just no words that justify the beauty of the view. The condo had an updated kitchen with lots of perks. Super comfortable bed and plenty of room for the three of us. Very quiet community with an amazing private beach that was gorgeous. Hosts were great and always wanted to accommodate. Definitely will stay there again on future visits.

True Paradise

An absolutely stunning property. First time in Catalina and could not have been better, as the place was honestly better in person than it was in the photos (if you can believe it). Brent was communicative and made sure every detail was just right. He went out of his way to make us feel at home and we loved every second of our stay. Will definitely be back!!

Fantastic Condo!

This condo is fabulous! Well maintained and clean. The location of the condo can’t be beat! It has a large patio that looks directly on to the private beach and harbor, but sits up high so the view is outstanding! Also, comes with golf cart that allowed us to enjoy Avalon, but then we could go back and relax in peace. Brent was also the most attentive host we have ever had. He made sure that we were able to get into the condo early and that all of our needs were met. Highly recommend staying here.
