Depuis la terrasse, vous pourrez apercevoir la mer et la Maison Palazzo Clementina, villa emblématique des Sables d’Olonne.

Pas vraiment la réalité

Le logement est bien situé, pas de vue mer comme indiqué. C'est très calme, la propreté impeccable. Le stationnement est très compliqué ou très cher en parking souterrain. Les draps et linge de toilette ne sont pas fournis. Le 3e couchage est le canapé du salon très inconfortable. La véranda n'est pas chauffée (6 degrés à notre arrivée) il faut laisser les portes ouvertes pour la chauffer mais la nuit impossible donc le matin, on ne peut pas utiliser la véranda donc pas d'espace commun.

TB Logement, emplacement central

Logement très bien entretenu avec une rénovation récente, dans un immeuble années 1970. Remise des clés par le personnel de l'agence, contact très agréable. Le logement est spacieux, la veranda et la terrasse sont de vrais plus, la vue mer est appréciable : les concerts sur la digue cessent vers 23h en été, ce qui garantit du calme pendant la nuit. L'appartement est très bien équipé et la décoration au goût du jour. Les jouets et livres ont fait le bonheur des plus petits !
