Beautiful modern little house overlooking the sea

Come and enjoy a superb panorama and a relaxing holiday in this charming house of about 70m², completely refurbished and beautifully furnished and equipped in a contemporary style. In a private and secure domain, it is designed to accommodate 6 people in comfort, with a very bright living room and sofa bed, an open kitchen fully equipped, a bedroom overlooking the terrace on the south side with two single beds, and a second bedroom overlooking the terrace on the west side with a double bed 160x200. A superb shower room with Italian shower and light well, a separate toilet. Outside you will enjoy a large terrace facing the sea, with table and chairs for meals, a beautiful relaxation area with sunbeds. Barbecue or plancha available, and in the garden (not enclosed) at the back of the house, an outdoor shower will refresh you during the hottest days of the summer.

At the foot of the domain you can easily access the beaches of Aiguebonne and La Garde Vieille, and the shops are only 3km away in the centre of Boulouris.

Leider überwiegen die negativen Ereignisse der Mietung des Hauses. Bei unserer Anreise am 5.7. mussten wir den Schlüssel am Schlüsselkasten Büro Mansier in Saint Raphael abholen und wir sollten schon einmal alleine das Haus beziehen, die Vermietungsagentur kam dann 2 Stunden später mit der Bettwäsche zum Haus. Wir haben das Haus in einem dreckigem Zustand vorgefunden, dies haben wir auch dem Herrn von der Vermietungsagentur vor Ort gezeigt und mitgeteilt (leider haben wir keine Fotos gemacht), dieses wurde lediglich zur Kenntnis genommen.Bei unserer Abreise wurde das Haus von der Agentur begutachtet und alles in Ordnung befunden. Eine Woche später nach unserer Abreise, wurde meine Kreditkarte mit 170,00 belastet mit der Begründung wir hätten einen nicht zu reinigen Fleck im Teppich hinterlassen (dies entspricht nicht der Wahrheit, der Fleck war schon da, wir hatten ja darauf hingewiesen). Ferner verfügt das Haus über eine automatische Lüftungsanlage, die je nach Feuchtigkeitsgrad anspringt und sehr störend ist, da sie auch Nachts läuft. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist schön.

Sehr hübsches, topgepflegtes Ferienhaus mit Traumblick - tolle Strandbuchten fussläufig erreichbar…

Wundervolle Ferienwoche in diesem gut ausgestatteten, topgepflegten Haus mit großer Terrasse und fantastischem Meerblick. Es befindet sich in einer hübsch angelegten, abgeschlossenen Anlage, in der sich mehrere Ferienhäuser befinden - aber mit ordentlich Abstand zum Nachbarn und in sehr diskreter Atmosphäre. Tolle Strandbuchten fussläufig, Läden, Bäcker und Co. ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Sehr netter Agentur, die das Haus verwaltet. Klares Fazit: Wir werden wiederkommen!

Wunderschöner Ausblick

Wir waren im Winter dort und haben entspannte Tage in einem gemütlichen Haus mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf das Meer verbracht. Das Haus wurde vor kurzer Zeit renoviert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Einzig die Sauberkeit war - zumindest bei unserem Eintreffen - war verbesserungswürdig. Ich würde es außer dem angenehm finden, wenn die Betten bezogen wären, wenn man nach einer längeren Anreise im Haus eintrifft.Nachdem dann am Ankunftstag alles erledigt war, haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns gut erholt.

Sehr schönes Haus in perfekter Lage

Von der großzügigen Terrasse hat man zu jeder Tageszeit einen herrlichen Blick über die parkähnliche Umgebung aufs Meer. Sonne dort von 10h bis 18h. Die Häuser sind schön mit regionalen Pflanzen abgedeckt und man hat ausreichend Abstand zu anderen Häusern. In unserem Reisezeitraum war es sehr ruhig. Die moderne Küche ist nahezu voll ausgestattet, ideal wäre es wenn die Küchenabluft nach draußen geführt wäre. Insgesamt ist das Objekt attraktiv renoviert und ausgestattet. Im nahegelegenen Supermarkt Leclerc bekommt man wirklich alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Haus mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Wir haben es sehr genossen in dem Haus. Es war gemütlich & wir hatte einen traumhaften Ausblick. Leider hat das Wlan während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht funktioniert und mit 5 Personen war es etwas klein. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Sehr modernes und gepflegtes Haus mit super Meerblick

wir haben eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Alles war so, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Kücheneinrichtung und alles andere war vollumfänglich vorhanden. Meerblick fantastisch. Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus gerne weiter. Das Haus befindet sich in einer abgesicherten Siedlung. Um dort hineinzugelangen muss an dem Tor zur Siedlung ein Code eingegeben werden. Bitte den Vermieter darauf hinweisen den Code anzugeben. Das hatte man bei uns versäumt. Somit hatten wir nach der langen Anreise erst einmal einige Telefonate zu erledigen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Sehr schönes Haus…

Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Lage traumhaft … ein sagenhafter Ausblick. Wünschenswert wäre jedoch SAT TV, ein besseres Internet und ein Wasserkocher. Ein zweiter Sonnenschirm wäre auch wichtig … tagsüber ist der Aufenthalt am Gartentisch ohne Sonnenschirm nicht möglich. Die Baugeräte sollten aus dem Garten entfernt werden. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut, sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
