Gite DE Robineau - Caumont
Superb 18th-century Bordeaux farmhouse on a hillside with breathtaking views of the vineyards and valleys, adjoining another house. Terrace with panoramic views near the private, seasonal swimming pool (10 x 6 m, 1 to 1.5 m deep, enclosed). Pleasant summer kitchen with barbecue, refrigerator, and garden furniture. Enclosed landscaped garden, veranda with large terrace and garden furniture, ping-pong table, swing. The 183 m² gîte is spread over two levels. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen; large living/dining room with open fireplace, leather sofa, and reclaimed wine press wood furniture; boiler/laundry room with tumble dryer; shower room/WC with additional shower. Upstairs: a large suite (one 120 cm bed, one 140 cm bed) with shower room/WC and sitting area; a Laura Ashley-style bedroom (one 160 cm bed, wardrobe, reading corner with table and chair). A bedroom in a minimalist white and blue style (1 queen bed, 2 windows, dressing table); a bathroom with Briare enamel tiles and a large bathtub; a separate toilet; an alcove with 2 pull-out beds. Oil-fired central heating included. Pets welcome with a €300 deposit per pet. Bed linen, kitchen towels, and bath towels are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is available upon request (at an additional cost). Tourist tax is also extra. This rental is reserved exclusively for private individuals. Stay in the heart of rolling countryside, in the Entre Deux Mers vineyards.
