Gite LES Pres DE Courreau

Located 8km from the sea in the countryside, this holiday cottage occupies a dedicated section of the owners' restored period home. It has a private entrance, terrace, garden, garden furniture, and parking. On the ground floor: a living room with a kitchen, dining area, and relaxation corner, and a separate WC. Upstairs: two attic bedrooms with air conditioning (one with a 160cm bed made of two bed bases and a 160cm mattress, and the other with two 90x1.90m beds), and a shower room/WC. Underfloor heating on the ground floor (geothermal heat pump) and electric heating upstairs. Air conditioning upstairs is available at an additional cost based on consumption (metered). Tourist tax is extra. Bed linen for single and double beds and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee. Kitchen linen is provided. There is a secure bicycle garage. Please inform the owner of your approximate arrival time. A reinforced socket for slow-speed car charging is available, with a daily charge per charge. Gas for cooking (if the cooktop uses gas), water within reasonable consumption limits, and heating are included.
