In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bakery, bicycle rental 150 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestibrücke", railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 300 m. Mountain railway 300 m, ski rental 150 m, ski bus stop, ski school, children's ski school 550 m. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt. Additional accommodations can be booked.
2-room apartment 64 m2 on 1st floor, south facing position. Bright, simple and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 3 fold-away beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), TV. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Heating. Large balcony, south facing position and west facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Bonne situation centrale tranquille. Cuisine petite sans lave-vaisselle. Renseignements sur contrat peu précis et même erronés: le versement mentionné d'un dépôt cash de 300 euros était faux. Manque un antiglisse dans la douche. Prix de location excessif par rapport au confort.
