Typical Landaise farmhouse on an unfenced garden of 600 m2 in a dead end in a quiet and family residential area, very close to the ocean, the marine lake, the village entertainment, and the Vélodyssée, offers you its comfort and its equipment for a most pleasant stay. Lounge area with fireplace, TV, connected speaker - dining room - equipped US kitchen, 3 bedrooms with cupboards, 4 beds 2 (140*200), 2 (90*200°), 1 sofa bed in 140, 8 beds in total . Barbecue and plancha, tables and garden furniture complete your holiday home. The pluses: Air conditioning, outdoor shower for returning from the beach, bed linen, towels and house linen provided as well as Wi-Fi access. For your comfort, the beds are made on arrival,cleaning provided on your departure. Provision of 2 adult bicycles and 2 children's bicycles from 4 to 12 years old, as well as cot and high chair for young children.Relax, recharge your batteries, have fun, spend your energy or do nothing, choose according to your desires!

séjour à Vieux Boucau

La maison est très agréable, bien située, cependant le jardin manque d'un entretien certain, il n'y a pas de clôture et la vue d'un côté du séjour sur le parking n'est pas géniale, du fait que la haie vive ne soit pas entretenue. nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré ces déconvenues.

La maison est très agréable à vivre très fonctionnelle . La maison était aussi très bien située 10 minutes à vélo de l océan , 5mn du village. Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances.
