Montecito Miramar Beach House on the Sand

Escape to Santa Barbara`s best beach enclave for the ultimate family getaway. Watch the sun rise each day from either the expansive top or bottom decks, before enjoying a day of paddle boarding, surfing and fun on the sand. End each day watching the sun set over the ocean from the beachfront hot tub, and then fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Conveniently located close to all Montecito stores/restaurants and accessible hikes, this is truly the best getaway Santa Barbara has to offer!

As a renter you have access to the entire home, including the hot tub on the lower deck and all stand up paddle boards, surf boards etc.

My Husband and I live in Santa Barbara, and while we offer contact-less check-in we are still available should you need anything during your stay.

The beach house is positioned right on the sand at Miramar beach in Montecito just doors from the new Miramar Beach Hotel - close enough to walk to for cocktails or a dinner out, but far enough for privacy and solitude.

We are a quick 3 minute drive to Upper Village Montecito for dinner and shopping, or a 3 minute drive to Coast Village Road for more shopping and dining.

Miramar also offers beginner waves at the point should you want to surf during your stay.

The easiest way to get around is by car - whether you bring your own, rent or take ubers.

Biking is a super fun way to get to Coast Village for dining or shopping.

Right on the beach with everything you need to enjoy all Montecito and Santa Barbara have to offer. Unobstructed ocean views and beautifully decorated home. The owners thought of absolutely everything to make guests comfortable. Well worth the price!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This location can not be beat in Montecito. You are literally on the sand on the best beach in the area. We have stayed at The Rosewood Resort nearby and this set up blows it away if you are looking for a beach trip. The contactless check-in was a seamless process. We loved the added touch of gourmet coffee, flowers, and wine upon arrival. The home is spotless, the bed linens are luxurious, and the beds are very comfortable The small but efficient kitchen has everything you will need. Kayaks, surf boards, and paddle boards are provided and they are located a just a short distance from the water. One of the most amazing features is the jacuzzi located on the lower deck right off the beach. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely rent this home again.
