Beautifully remodeled, stylishly-furnished 2 bedroom/1 bathroom 2nd floor (no one above you) apartment in a quiet complex in upscale and desirable Bixby Knolls. Includes one dedicated parking spot for guests. Just steps to the multi-million dollar estates in Los Cerritos/Virginia Country Club (Ferris Bueller's Day Off, American Pie movies filmed here to name a few). Completely remodeled in 2020 with an awesome kitchen, upgraded bathroom, refinished original hardwood floors, mini-split AC/heat unit in the living room with modern-style ceilings fans in bedrooms (bedrooms also have AC units). Furnished in mid-century modern-styled furniture with West Elm couch, 2 arm chairs and dining table with seating for 4. There is a 43-inch Smart HDTV with Roku TV so you can connect to your streaming TV subscriptions. The remodeled kitchen has shaker cabinets, white quartz counters, stainless appliances with gas range, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with ice. Kitchen is fully stocked with Keurig coffee maker with coffee/tea PODS, plates/bowls/cups/silverware, toaster, blender, etc. Both bedrooms have queen pillow-top beds, dressers, ceiling fans and nightstands. One bedroom has mid century desk for a workspace. The remodeled bathroom has shower/tub combo and is stocked with new towels, hair dryer, hand soap, travel size body gel and shampoo (starters). We have plenty of extra linen and towels in the hall cabinet. There is an all-in-one washer/dryer in unit but the building has its own laundry room that shares with 3 other units that's completely free of charge. Just behind the building you'll find Trader Joes, local Mexican joint, Jersey Mike's Sandwiches, Crunch Fitness and 7-11. Also, you will find Starbucks, Yogurtland opposite each other as well as MANY other dining/food options including local restaurants - Knolls Restaurant, Wood and Salt Tavern, Lola's Mexican Cuisine, Taboon Mediterranean, EJ's Pub to name a few. We are just minutes from Long Beach Airport and 20 minutes to LAX or Orange County Airports. Super central location to everything Southern California has to offer!

Eric was very timely on answering messages and when there was a problem with the AC he was quick to address the issue and call in people to fix the AC. The place is beautiful and was perfect for my friend and I while visiting.

Great location for an extended visit close to family.

We were visiting our children, grandchildren and siblings and this location allowed us easy access to all. The apt was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen allowed us to make meals and was close to shopping and unique coffee stops. The private parking area was a great addition!

Quiet place to stay

The property is nice, located on the first floor, we had a place to park the car the whole time(very convenient in this neighborhood) the apartment was very clean and the rooms comfortable. We'll be there again!!!

Family Wedding Stay

This was an excellent place for some privacy relaxation during a busy wedding week. The fans and mini-split make the temperature ideal. The apartment is bright, the kitchen is big and the beds are comfortable.

We wanted a place that sat between the beach and Universal Studios but wasn’t super pricey. We had a room and our teenage girls shared the other. This place was perfect size for 4!

Lovely apartment in great location

Nice, clean apartment in a great location. Having a dedicated parking spot was appreciated as street parking gets slim in the evening. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed for a stay of several days. We did have a miscommunication at the beginning of our stay (the reason for 4 stars instead of 5), but Eric responded very quickly and resolved the issue right away and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again!

Excellent all around!

Girl's trip for myself and my daughter. Great location with lots of restaurants, coffee, and groceries within walking distance. Had everything we needed. Quiet building. Sound does carry just because style of building, so wouldn't recommend for louder groups. Quiet neighbors, and the apartment was beautiful and updated. Would absolutely stay here again!

Quaint in a quiet neighborhood

Very quiet neighborhood and quiet residence. I liked the reserved parking in the alley. More directions on how to find it would have been helpful, but once found, it was nice. Living spaces are nicely appointed, modern, and comfortable. Bedrooms and bathroom are very small. Beds are comfortable but low and close to the walls which could present difficulties for people with mobility problems. Bathroom is functional but cramped with a very small shower. I am an athletic 6'4" tall and 220 lbs and had to do some ducking to get into the shower. Anyone of size would have problems. Internet was good. Kitchen was nicely appointed with plenty of utensils, plates, glasses, etc. Instructions for using the all-in-one clothes washer/dryer would be helpful.

No code for gates

When we arrived we were not able to enter the property due to not having the gate code check in was at 4:pm did not get access till 10:30 had to make a lot of phone calls prop Manager was out of the country Verbo helped with some phone #s and were able to contact assistant and she helped us gain access at around 10:30 pm. We arrived in California at about noon time after a 7hr flight from Rhode Island and had to hang out till 4pm to unload our luggage then the above statement happened.

The space was clean and cozy. Host was super responsive. Right next to Trader Joe’s and several food spots so super convenient. Only minor complaint was the indoor lighting wasn’t great. Luckily we had sunshine for most of our stay and the natural light was so good. Would definitely stay again.

We, of course, have Uber and Lyft thats easily to grab as well as Long Beach Yellow Cab. PLUS, Long Beach has Bird and Lyft scooters on almost every corner! LAX, Long Beach and Orange County Airports are very close, as well as Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm and as well as the Aquarium of the Pacific in Downtown Long Beach.
