Welcome Home!

We welcome you to experience serenity in our updated and fully furnished waterfront home. Georgetown is a small, rural island off the coast of Maine. At this property, you'll experience the tranquility of nature while looking at the peaceful views of Harmon's Harbor that trail out into the Atlantic.

Just 1.5 miles from Reid State Park, a historic landmark complete with tide pools, multiple beaches, and a safe lagoon for kids or those wanting to enjoy warmer swimming. We include one park pass granting one vehicle access to all areas of the park.

Five Islands Village is 1.5 miles away housing (1) Five Islands Farm, a small local market featuring fine artisan goods and wine, and (2) Five Islands Lobster Company, complete with a lobster pound and the "Love Nest" Grill (with local seafood options available).

With a few other restaurants on the island, including fine dining, the mainland is a quick 15-minute drive for shopping, convenience, more dining, and a plethora of activities. Boothbay, Wiscasset, Freeport, and Portland are all within one hour!

Georgetown, Maine beauty!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The location is perfect, quiet and beautiful! Reading out on the deck or playing cards at the dining room table our stay was very comfortable. Reid State Park is a five minute drive and the homeowner provided a pass to get in! Five Islands Lobster is also a five minute drive so our stay consisted of going to those two locations exclusively.

Charming waterfront retreat near beach

Georgetown is a charming Island loaded with country charm but close to Route 1 for easy access to points North and minutes from Bath. The house has everything you need. Bright and well laid out, clean, with a lovely deck that overlooks the water. Perfect for our family of 4. 1.5 miles to beach and short drive to Five Island Lobster Company.

Perfect Location

Quiet, lots of privacy with parking for 4 cars. House has a deck with views of the water through the trees. 1 bedroom with shower on first floor. 2 bedrooms with full bathroom up stairs. Very nice kitchen. Family loved the house and location. Reid State park has a lovely beach just down the road from the location. Enjoyed our stay. Hope to visit again!

Beautiful quiet home

We had a great stay in this lovely home. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, and cozy living room space. Also a really nice deck with a view of the water and so close to Reid State Park, which is one of our family’s favorite places. The foosball table in the basement was a definite plus. Thanks for an excellent vacation.

Peaceful Escape

Wonderful home with plenty of room and fabulous view of water. So very peaceful and quiet. Private location with many popular landmarks/tourist destinations within an hours drive. Highly recommend Maxwell’s in Bath, ME and Five Island Lobster Co. right down the road.
