We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun trip to the beach. Everything about our weekend trip was great— the house was very clean and well-appointed and the proximity to the beach was incredible. There was an issue with the keypad upon our arrival, but management couldn’t have been more courteous or helpful when I called (sometime after 8pm). I definitely recommend Shenanigans, particularly for large groups or families.

Check in was difficult as keypad code didn’t work as instructed. Door handle and hardware on door jam extremely loose. Luckily we could use the key from the lock box to get in. Hot tub full of sand and unable to regulated temp down from 103 degrees. And a small leak from drainage pipe was reported. Bar B Q grill did not heat up grills. Only thing that got hot was the handle. It needs to be replaced. The coal bar b q on downstairs patio was not useable. Inside: there was hair and dirt on the floor in various places. Smoke alarm went off. This was reported. A/C upstairs didn’t cool off the upstairs adequately. No outside trash can assigned to the property. Took trash to adjoining property. Location was great. And we had a great time. Just letting you know things you could improve on. Seems for the amount of money we spent, these areas of concern should have been addressed.

The house is great and the location is in an area of the beach that had a fair bit less traffic. We would definitely book this house again. The host agency is very attentive. The only issue, which didn't really affect us, was that the code for the door didn't work. They provided a key, which was fine.
