All rates are subject to a departure cleaning, linen and reservation fee, 12.75% sales tax and a $79.00 Vacation Rental Damage Protection Plan. All fees and taxes are subject to change without notice.

We rent to family groups, married couples, or mature adults over the age of 25. We do not, under any circumstances, rent to groups for proms, graduations, college house parties, etc. Misrepresentation will result in immediate eviction without refund.

All prices and/or descriptions are subject to change. Although every precaution is taken, errors in prices and/or descriptions do occur on our web site and in printing. We reserve the right to correct any such error.

** TWO OPTIONS FOR DAMAGE PROTECTION **
1. Damage Protection Insurance – For an additional $79.00, this plan covers up to $3,000 in unintentional damages to the rental unit that may occur during your stay. Report the damage to us, we’ll take care of the rest!
2. Security Deposit - $750 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

Wonderful place to stay and enjoy the beach

The renting process was great. The place was very clean and ready for a great stay. Excellent ocean view. We loved our stay and would recommend it.

Ocean Views

This property is well furnished and welcoming. It features beautiful beach views from two porches. The pool and beach access is a short walk from the unit. We hope to return!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great, except that we had a unit right next to the hall fire door, which, every time it slammed, could be heard in the unit. The staff at C & G were very responsive and helpful

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at the location to find the keys in our packet was from a total different room than what was rented. It took us over an hour to locate the room given with a total different key number. We did not have ocean view as paid for and the room had many dead bugs through out the facility.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed there in July 2021. Great convenient location on the beach. The unit is fully loaded with all kinds of tools, and kitchen supplies. The building is well maintained overall. The 2.5 bathrooms were nice and functional, but a remodeling to update them would be nice. Perfect size condo for 5 people. The property management company (Cannon & Gruber) was very professional and responsive e.g. there was no toaster in the unit and they supplied a new one in less than 24 hrs.
