Book your stay at our homey and welcoming 6 bedroom, 2ba house with two apartments, designed for guests to enjoy. We are a short 10 min drive from the Buffalo Airport. There is plenty to do during your stay: downtown Buffalo and Niagara Falls are both a 20 min drive, and our quiet, safe neighborhood is the perfect place to relax for the evening. With a park in the backyard, a community pool within walking distance and access to an abundance of restaurants and shops nearby, you will love this space!

Too expensive

We have rented many vacation homes over the past 20 years and this property was not a good value compared to similar properties. In addition to cleaning and service fees, we were required to purchase property damage protection. The listing advertises a fenced-in backyard, but there is a fence only on two sides and leashes are needed to take dogs outside. There are 3 bedrooms in each apartment so 12 can sleep comfortably, but I don't see how the listing can accommodate 16 guests. There was barely enough dinnerware for 4 guests in each apartment. It is an older home and has an odor and the home is filled with air fresheners to mask this odor. The host has obviously done much to make the stay pleasant. The place was clean and several A/C units, the televisions and appliances were new. The location is excellent in a nice neighborhood and a park adjacent to the backyard.

Family reunion

This house is as advertised… our group of eight were comfortable in the house.. Alex was very responsive with a minor issue and was quick to respond! He even allowed us to have some family over for a reunion.
