Our guests of SUNRISES at PRIVATE 1-BR Unit 1 on beach have full access to their suite. Additionally, our guests have access to the 1st floor front patio (East of building) - Unit 1 is located on the 1st floor. As our 1st floor patio is considered a common space, please be respectful of our other guests, regarding this space on the property - Please clean up any mess in the 1st floor patio, as we share this space with others in the building. Additionally, please be respectful of others space and to keep common courtesy on the property at all times.
We live 5-mins away, so feel free to reach out via text or call. We are available at all times during the day!
We are locals and have all the recommendations for things to do, see, eat, and drink in St. Augustine!
No shirt, no shoes, no problem - This is beach living! The beach access, restaurants, and bars are all in walking distance. Once you park, there's no need to anywhere!

Unhappy with our stay

After we checked in, we noticed that there were ants on the floor and a spider on the bed. There were people loitering behind the house in the alley that made us feel uncomfortable. We reached out to the host but they never responded. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else. This was our first Vrbo experience and we were very disappointed. It was a waste of money.

I would skip this one..

I had written to the host, asking if I needed to bring ice, wine glasses or coffee cups. They replied that all those things were furnished, however, only coffee cups were there. They said towels were furnished....two and no beach towels. I watch three TV channels on a regular basis(CNN, TLC and FoodTV...I couldn't watch any of these without a code and the carrier. This is NOT dog-friendly, but I saw a couple with a retriever enter the bldg with their pizza. And no microwave!

It was all it said it was. Location was the key for us for 2 days.

Comfy room to rest...

It has enough space for my daughter and myself to rest. Very convenient location... Beach is few steps away... there is a french bakery near by which we absolutely loved! It is very close to St Augustine which we came to visit. Bike rentals close by too. We had nice time...
