About this property

Welcome to your iconic "beach" pad! This first floor studio apartment with a KING BED, bath and small kitchenette is perfect for your St Augustine getaway. It is located in a triplex in the charming Fullerwood neighborhood, about 1 mile from the old city gates and 2 miles from the beach, it is close to trolleys, the Fountain of Youth and the Old Jail and small shops and coffee houses. Free parking on the property for one car. You can bring your dog for a $20 fee per stay!
King suite on bottom floor of triplex. Small eat-in kitchen and private bath with tub/shower. This is a downstairs unit with another unit upstairs, you may hear footsteps.
Very walkable, safe residential neighborhood right off the main drag and behind the Florida Motel. Parking is onsite in the driveway (one space is provided). Additional parking is available on the street out front. Bike, taxi, drive, Uber or Lyft to downtown!
We are conveniently located on the edge of Fullerwood Drive, a safe walkable neighborhood and right off of San Marco Avenue for easy access to a quick drive to the historic district! We are just minutes away from dining and attractions of St Augustine and to Vilano Beach!

Please note that there is a train track a couple of blocks away and that you may occasionally hear trains, as well as mild traffic.

St. Augustine Christmas Lights

This was the first time we have used Vrbo and not sure will use again. The room reminded me of motel rooms I stayed in as a child. There was peeling paint in the bathroom, the soap dish was made out of wood, had a window AC, the small refrigerator would have been perfect, except that the freezer was completely frozen. Both my husband and I, upon entering the room were amazed that the bed was in a frame on the floor (much like a water bed frame) and for us older folks was somewhat difficult to get out of. The mattress was comfortable though. Next time I will be sure to read previous guests reviews before depositing money.

Great Location

I'll start by saying how great the location is, that's why i gave it a higher rating. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe & enjoyable to walk our dogs in. We loved this neighborhood so much we started looking on Zillow for home prices (turns out they are just as expensive as our town). We went for the opening of Night of Lights. This studio is close enough to walk into town (just make sure to wear comfy shoes) or there was a shuttle bus that stopped close by & took you into downtown. As for the studio itself, it left much to be desired. While i could nitpick everything that needed to be improved, the main issues were the musty smell & loud A/C unit. Luckily it was cool enough for us to keep the A/C off while we slept because otherwise it would have been a bigger issue. If you aren't picky & don't plan on spending much time in the studio, it's great especially if you have dogs; otherwise, it may not be a good fit.

Great St. Augustine place to stay!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Sea Bliss King studio. ☺️ The place was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was perfect to the beach and pier. Our dog enjoyed the neighborhood walks as well. Thanks to the owner, he was very hospitable and friendly and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. It was truly an enjoyable experience staying in the beautiful city of St. Augustine!
