About this property

My place is located right beside the Mission de la Leche and walking distance to everything else downtown. It has a private entrance onto a back deck with a covered area for grilling and relaxing. It is furnished with family antiques. The shower has a loggerhead turtle in tiles. The kitchenette has a frig, microwave, coffee pot, washer and dryer, and double hot plate. It has a full bed that sleeps two people very comfortably. Enjoy

Location

The location was great, everything is within walking distance. Not glamorous, but clean, roomer then expected, and secluded/private. Window AC unit cooled the place well. Entry to the property a little rustic and the owners dogs are very friendly, but good listeners.

Good location but not clean

The location and communication with owner was good. The unit was not clean at all. There were also dogs, which we love, but one was a younger dog that wanted to chew on you constantly. First night I walked into the kitchen and stepped on a large cockroach. Given the condition the unit was in with lack of cleanliness, not surprising there was bug issues. We checked out early as we didn't feel comfortable staying. We were refunded partially which was appreciated.

Perfect location for walking

Almost everything was within 10-15 minutes of walking. Five to seven minutes to the closest trolley station. Our hostess, Pam, was very nice, and so were her pets.

Great location near historic district

Great way to experience Old St Augustine! House is easy 5 minute walk to historic district / St George St. Older property in historic neighborhood. Pam was a very accommodating host! Great communication and simple check-in / check-out. Listing accurately described the property.
