This property is fantastic for large groups! Easy access to businesses and the lake/river. The home was clean, stocked, and the home manager was awesome! Highly recommend this property. The host was gracious and answered all our questions and was just thoughtful.

Birthday celebration!

Great location, close to marina and town. Plenty of room for big group. House is beautiful with lots of amenities. Only complaint is the 10am check out is difficult with a large group.

Exceptional for family fun

Everything was awesome. More than enough space for a big family of mostly adults. Great thought to have multiple different entertainment spots throughout the house. 10/10 would stay again with our large group.

The pictures on this listing are 100% accurate. Everything is beautifully decorated, clean and as big as it looks. The location is close to anything you need. We will be making this our yearly Havasu destination.

Wonderful property. All it was advertised to be.

What a wonderful property. Everything you could ask for was their. Comfortable in and out. We were so grateful we were greeted by the property manager to walk us through the home to make sure we understood how to operate the pool, hot tub, fire pit and grill.

I have to say the photos do not do this home justice (and the phots are pretty good). It was such a beautiful home. The rental agent was very communitive and got back to us quickly when we had any questions. The jacuzzi was always warm when needed. super clean. We will defiantly be coming back to stay.

Great place to spend Thanksgiving with the family

We spent thanksgiving here. And had ample room for 17 people. We did several things like hiking, chartering a boat on the lake, biking and we set up a mini pickle ball court on the basketball pad. The location was central to all of those things. Large grocery chains were close by. Katelyn, our host was great and very responsive to our issues.

Family Vacay

We had a wonderful stay at the VRBO. The house had plenty of space, lots of seating areas and the kids absolutely loved the movie area. We went during a heatwave and it was nice to come back to a cool home off the Lake. The casitas was warmer than the house so the kids opted to sleep in the house. There was plenty of space to still bring in the kids without giving up any bedrooms.

Family Get Together

The house and property are really, really gorgeous. We used the movie room several times. The kitchen is phenomenol! Many dinners cooked right in kitchen. It was too chilly to use pool but hot tub was great. Close to several activities that we participated in. We would use this property again

Very nice accomidation. Problems with the spa but was taken care of immediatley. Pots and pans were dirty and cupboards and door hinges were coming apart on us. Still, very nice and would rent again

Girls 40th Birthday Weekend

This house is amazing! Stayed here with 10 girls for a big 40th birthday weekend. Cammie and Katelyn were the most gracious hosts ever. Left us a sweet welcome basket and Katelyn showed us around when we checked in. The only thing I have to say about this property is the actual listing. The pictures do NOT do it justice. It is beautiful! Great place for a large group. Highly recommend this property!
