20 minutes from the city center of Le Mans and located on a 17th century property, this small gite, near the owners' house, is the ideal place to enjoy peace and nature, in a bright space.

Inside the refurbished gîte, a living room with lounge area, a dining area and an equipped kitchen are at your disposal.

- 1 Senseo coffee machine
- 1 iron with small ironing board...

On the night side, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed.
Possibility of a third person in the sofa bed present in the living room.
It is not possible to add a fourth person in the gîte.

The bathroom is private with a large walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet.

The accommodation is equipped with exterior shutters in the bedroom as well as an electric shutter on the bay window.

Outside, you can enjoy a sunny terrace and a small private garden.
Deckchairs and a barbecue will accompany you throughout your stay.

Parking is available near your accommodation.

Bed made on arrival, towels and carpet for the bathroom provided.

Cleaning fee of €50 compulsory for professionals.
