This beautiful apartment is clean and comfortable. It can sleep 6 people and includes 3 bedrooms, a living room, indoor sunroom, dining room, one full bathroom and one half bathroom, full working kitchen, back yard sitting area, and WiFi. This rental is on the lower floor with another separate apartment above it. The main entrance and parking area are shared, but everything else is private.

Please clean up all food, crumbs and liquids from the rental. Trash can be put in the bins behind the red garage.

Great little spot in a cute old house! Mostly I look for a hot shower with good water pressure and comfy beds. I was shocked at how much hot water we had! And beds were good but could use better pillows. Did get locked out once d/t the antique locking system in addition to the updated digital one.

Perfect location and beautiful house!

The neighborhood was wonderful! Close enough to everything we wanted to see and do, but not in a super busy area. the house was clean and spacious and had everything we could need.

Niagara falls

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect—just a short drive to Niagara Falls. The home was clean, comfortable, making it ideal for our family with small kids. The apartment was very cute. It was clean and very roomy. Communication with the the host was excellent. It is located a bit of a distance from the Niagara Falls park, but it was in a clean quiet neighborhood so it was worth the small drive.

Niagara holiday

Our rental worked out perfectly for our 2 night visit to the Falls. My French family of four and I had enough room to spread out and kitchen was stocked enough to cook several meals. The location was fine for easy access to the Falls.

Perfect place!

So close to everything! Wonderful house!! Felt like home. The ONLY downfall was that it got a little sketchy within a few blocks. That being said, I still would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Close to the falls

Location was perfect for visiting restaurants, downtown and the falls. We did have an issue with receiving the message from Vrbo with check in information, but was able to call James and have him fix it immediately.

Plenty of space

The downstairs apartment was very roomy and the house had everything to feel comfortable. Actually too big for just the two of us-but lovely nonetheless!

Niagara Falls is great to visit any time of year. We have great hiking, restaurants, attractions and tons of scenic views. We have a casino if that is your thing, as well as a lot of shopping destinations. Niagara Falls is a great economic base for visits to Toronto, Buffalo, and even Rochester.
