Newly built pool house with all the bells and whistles along with secluded (6 foot privacy fence) hot tub, pool, outdoor TV, and an outdoor kitchen. Has it’s own laundry room and full kitchen with dish washer. Smart TV, Dish Network, and much more. Private pool but owners live on property and may use pool during rentals. Near to Lost Lands concert venue!

A piece of paradise close to Columbus.

This truly was a little bit of paradise. Jason and Melanie greeted me when I arrived and showed me everything I needed to know. They are generous in letting their guests use what they have. Per an earlier review, the controls for the hot tub are now outdoors and readily accessible at any time. I felt safe and the camera was not an issue for me. I will return to stay again in the future.

Nice, just never felt comfortable

Beautiful studio. Good amenities. Nicest hosts I have ever met! My first 2 day getaway from anything since the pandemic began. The "Pool House" had a pool and hot tub that are beautiful, but were also filthy, as the owners scrambled to clean it themselves as we arrived and checked in. Privacy is obsolete as even the pool and hot tub area were fitted with Ring audio and video cameras... such a shame to have to worry about being filmed on a closed circuit TV. People are already self conscious, so the pool setup was honestly atrocious. texting the hosts every time I wanted to use the hot tub so that they can turn it on remotely was ridiculous especially at the nightly rate. Power went out for a chunk of the afternoon as well. Nice people, nice property, just not at all ready to rent. Felt watched the entire time, never comfortable

Thank you for the review. We use these reviews to improve our property. I would like to address each of your concerns. Firstly, we are installing a spa side remote so renters will be able to control hot tub. This will make it much more convenient for renters. Thank you for bringing that to my attention, we’ve had the spa for 5 years and that never crossed my mind. Secondly, the pool and hot tub were clean upon arrival. We were skimming the top of the pool for a few leafs and flowers blown in from surrounding trees. We have been maintaining our pool since it was installed. We have a portable vacuum that cleans the pool in minutes. Saturday is usually our pool cleaning day and you asked via text if we would do it after you checked out. Thirdly, the security camera that monitors the pool and hot tub stays on constantly and is always going to be in use. It will however, not be on alert mode. The security system is there for your safety as well as ours. There are no cameras inside the rental. Lastly, the power was out for less then an hour due to a circuit breaker popping and it was restored quickly.
