Very convenient and affordable

We enjoyed our stay here. Place is very clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient to Tysons corner and DC and plenty of parking around. We will come back again.

Perfect for what we needed

This property was perfect for our family and my mother's 45 day extended stay. We had a one-year old in tow and were pleasantly surprised at the number of kids toys, baby cot and baby bowls available. The interior is somewhat dated, but that did not bother us whatsoever. The kids still had fun, we were able to cook and do laundry on-site as well. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with the necessary dishes. The bathroom towels were also very nice. The combination entry/locking system was perfect. We had no concerns with parking 2 cars and the gas station and safeway up the street were easily accessible and the accessibility to 495, 66, and 123 made the commute easy! We had originally thought we'd have a pet with us, and therefore chose the property for the fenced back yard, but our pet didn't arrive until after we completed our stay. It would have been good for our pet to play outside. Only small comments that we wish had been slightly different: the outlets in the main part of the house are all 2-pronged vs the now standard 3. It's an easy fix with adapters, but those would have been nice to have had provided. Also, while very cute and comfortable, the living room couch is a smaller capacity loveseat which was fairly narrow in depth which made it less than ideal for lounging and binging TV :) Would definitely stay here again if the need arose.

Great Family Holiday House

We stayed in this house for a week in late May 2021. The house was really pleasant to stay in - very clean, spacious, and everything is in really good condition (the house is obviously not new, but is in really good condition nonetheless). The backyard is well fenced for young kids and dogs to be able to roam freely. The location was nice for a family holiday - a quiet suburban street, good walkability to nearby parks, good food options nearby, and easy access to D.C. downtown. We would definitely try to stay here again next time we are in the area.
