The beautiful view is truly what you see in the picture! Gorgeous view and beautiful pool deck! The property manager was so responsive and helpful. We loved the location of the house and the easy access to Cruz Bay.

We had a fantastic stay at Blue Dolphin! The hosts were excellent with communication from the start and provided great recommendations, including help with car rentals. Dwight, the property manager, was wonderful—he met us at the ferry and personally escorted us to the house to make sure we got settled and everything was in order.The outdoor area, pool, and incredible views were definite highlights. You never quite know if a vacation rental will live up to the photos and description, but Blue Dolphin exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting St. John!

Wr had an amazing stay at the Blue Dolphin. The property was perfect for us. The patio area is amazing and provided a great spot to spend time outside. The property’s proximity to Cruz Bay was ideal. The owners and property manager were also great to deal with.

Beautiful Property

My family and I had a fantastic stay at the Blue Dolphin. The back patio with pool were stunning at sunset. The kitchen was also noteworthy. We would definitely stay here again.

The property had many issues, some of which were not resolved within the weeklong stay (dishwasher, ice maker, one toilet, sink water, and AC). Parts of it were being remodeled, which we did not know up front. Administratively, whether rooted with the host or VRBO, there was a lot of confusion on charges, refunds, check out time, and repeated inaccurate system emails. It’s a great location with a terrific view, convenient to groceries and town.

Great Stay

Great stay. Home was convenient to town. A car is needed to travel to the beaches or dining out. Home had good parking for two vehicles. Great pool and view from deck.

We had an amazing stay at the dolphin villa! Dwight the property manager was extremely helpful and attentive. The location of the house was perfect, just about 10 mins to downtown. The pool/back patio was our favorite part of the stay!

Fantastic Rental Home

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the property. Great accommodations just as the property description states. The pool and patio area is where we enjoyed most of our time! Great House!!

Our family of 5 came for spring break and had an amazing time!! The house was great and was absolutely as advertised. Close enough to town to be easily accessed but just far enough away to be quiet in the evenings. Would absolutely recommend.

Host (Dwight) was incredible! He could not have been better. We felt comfortable reaching out to him and he was swift and informative in his responses. The house was wonderful. Views spectacular. Pool perfect for the kids and (adults too). Kitchen well stocked and bedrooms were comfortable. Especially the newly renovated bedroom. Would easily come back to this house.

Blue Dolphin Experience

The Blue Dolphin was even better than the listing. Beautiful home, filled with everything we needed, from cozy beds to bath and beach towels, chairs, coolers, tvs, air conditioning, etc Highly recommend!! Also in great area of Cruz Bay. Owners and house manager super helpful!

Wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation at the Blue Dolphin. The house was spacious with a fantastic view and location, in the hills above the Westin. The patio, pool and cabana area and outside dining made for relaxing afternoons/evenings after the beach. JP was also a great property manager, responsive and helpful to us as we navigated our first visit to St. John. We hope to come back!
