Welcome to Villa Madeline ~ a cozy hillside villa with beautiful stone and mahogany wood work. Located in the quiet Eden neighborhood with gorgeous views overlooking Coral Bay. Less than a 2-minute drive or a short walk to the heart of Coral Bay’s restaurants and shops! The location is ideal for spending the day either out at Maho or the East End beaches, which are both a 10 minute drive away. Skinny Leg's, Dazey's Bayhouse, and the Coral Bay dinghy dock are all a short walk from the villa as well. You will find everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

The road leads up to a paved driveway with plenty of room for parking. Hard to find on St. John! Full kitchen is equipped with all you will need for those nights you wish to dine in. The water at Villa Madeline is filtered and treated with a UV light and is ready right out of the faucet for your enjoyment. No need for plastic water bottles here! Located off of the kitchen is a half bath and laundry room equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer for your use. The open-air living area extends from the kitchen where you will find your in-home entertainment. Dish TV and Wi-Fi included. The main living area is equipped with AC and also features two large screened slider doors that look out over Coral Bay and allow the trade winds to circulate throughout. Exit through the glass sliders out onto the wrap around porch on the upper level where you can enjoy coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise over East End. The villa is also equipped with solar panels and a backup battery so in the event of an island power outage, you can still enjoy all of the amenities.

Exterior staircase takes you to the pool deck and lower-level bedrooms. Private pool overlooks Coral Bay. On the pool deck you will also find an outdoor shower with beautiful stonework as well as a bar area with gas grill for dining al fresco. Descend the steps a little further to reach the two lower bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with queen size beds, en suite bathrooms and individual AC units. Slider doors off of the bedrooms lead out onto the lower-level wrap around porch. This villa is perfect for one or two couples!

As your on island property managers, Antares will be there to assist with your arrival and during your stay. Welcome to your island home away from home!

The villa is also equipped with solar panels and a backup battery so in the event of an island power outage, you can still enjoy all of the amenities.

Great place for a long stay!

We spent 3 weeks at Villa Madeline. Snorkled everyday - good location for both East and West beaches. 24 beaches in 21 days! Relaxed on the deck in the late afternoon and evening. Perfect for 4 adults.

Beautiful Villa Madeline Vacation

Villa Madeline was perfect for our St. John vacation. the two bedroom / two baths worked perfectly for us. The villa has beautiful views and amenities. After a day at the beach it was great to come back and enjoy the hot tub, pool, and scenery!

We were blown away by this property! It’s just as incredible as the photos depict and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The home was gorgeous, spotless and well equipped, with stunning views - there wasn’t a single disappointment. Perfect Get-away

This a wonderful property for 2 couples or a small family. We enjoyed views of Coral Bay and cool breezes on the wrap around porch. The beds are comfortable. The entire house is air conditioned, which can be hard to find on St. John. The pool deck has a shower and hot tub, as well as the pool. I have to say the living room couch is not comfortable, but we spent very little time inside. Great kitchen with all the amenities. Beach chairs and towels are provided. The parking was much easier than other Coral Bay rentals we have tried. We will be back as soon as possible!

Our favorite vacation!

Second time coming to Saint John because we loved it so much! This place had a beautiful view of the bay on one side and you could see the turn off that the donkeys sun bath at in the mornings. The only surprise I had was that ALL the bedrooms were downstairs. There was no master on the main level. Not a huge deal, weather is always nice so walking outside to get to other rooms wasn’t terrible. We had hot water, AC, and a washer and dryer so we were pretty good. Those things can be hard to come by on the island. Had zero issues with the place and also had someone to reach out to if we had any questions. Check in and out was super easy. I realized I couldn’t find a bathing suit bottom and think I may have left it behind. I was surprised I actually got a response back after reaching out to see if they found it a week after my stay. I did like that it was ran by a company so someone is always readily available. Vs when the home owner doesn’t live in the island and it’s difficult to get problems solved. Overall the stay was great!

Christmas in Paradise

We were are family of four, 3 adults and one nine-year-old child. The view from this property was magical, it was the highlight of our stay. Our only complaint was the seating in the main living area, the furniture was not comfortable for a family night to watch a movie and the Disney Channel was locked to a private email and could not be removed. The water pressure was poor in the showers. However, the property was set in the hillside with the pool facing the most stunning views you will ever experience. We preferred to sit outside most of the stay anyway, however the mosquitos could be fierce, so couldn't at times. Then pool was clean and warm. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels, equipped with a washer and dryer, floaties, beach chairs, a cooler, ice packs for the cooler. We couldn't use the oven, it was in Spanish and no instructions, we are not fluent in any language, but English. We would stay again in a heartbeat, as all-in-all the villa was spectacular, well equipped and the views were simply magical!

My most favorite VRBO

My son chose this rental as his pic for our family vacation solely on the pool, and we all fell in love with this home away from home! The pool hot tub and decks had amazing views, one morning it was just hard to get out of the pool and go to the beach because it is just perfect up on the side of the hill! The house has beautiful finishes, is color coordinated top to bottom, inside and out. Living room dining room and kitchen, with a half bath and laundry on the top floor(entrance level). Go down the steps and the pool deck over looks Coral Bay, then down to the second level where the two bedrooms (with exterior entrances) can be found. Wrap around decking on both levels maximizing indoor/outdoor living space. We spent so much time on the decks of the house, enjoying the breeze. The nearby town of coral bay is small but its spread out, flatter, and not as crowded as Cruz bay. (You'll want a car rental to be able to traverse the island). We loved the coffee shop "love city cafe" and the burger spot "skinny legs" all the north shore beaches are accessible from this end of the island as well. Also drove all the way out East and spent a few hours at Hansen's Bay, where our kids thoroughly enjoyed the floats boats and boards. The views from this east end drive are amazing. The property management team was great met us, led us to the property, and told us how to navigate the steep driveway, showed us around and even provided a sweet gift for our stay Would definitely rebook this property! Would love to spend more time here!
