When you want to relax away from the beach, you can step out onto the front porch to sip a morning cup of coffee or gather on the covered patio to reminisce about the fun that was had that day as the sun goes down. To top it all off, each bedroom offers a flatscreen TV and an en suite bathroom, and high-speed WiFi is included with your stay to make remote work a breeze if need be.

This home sits just up the road (around a five- or 10-minute walk) from deeded private beach access across 30A with designated golf cart and bike parking. It's a prime location right between Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, Watersound, and The Hub, yet the beach is still quiet and beautiful. When you want to check out some other attractions in the area, head over to the local restaurants and shops in Alys Beach or drive a bit further to spend the day paddleboarding and hiking at Camp Helen State Park five miles down the coast.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
