Wunderbar

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Wir haben die Lage und die wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer sehr genossen. Alles top. Eine klitzekleine Kleinigkeit haben wir vermisst: Einen Ofen oder einen Grill. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft 100%ig. Vielen Dank!!!

Perfekte Lage in Fazana

Die Ferienwohnung liegt perfekt am Rand der Altstadt von Fazana nur durch eine sehr ruhige Straße vom Meer getrennt und nahe an den Badebuchten. Es gibt einen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die Dachterrasse und der Ausblick von dort und aus der Küche, die ebenfalls im Dachgeschoss untergebracht ist. Man schaut aufs Meer Richtung Brioni Nationalpark und kann von dort den Sonnenuntergang sehen. Schnell erreicht man mit dem Auto Pula. Sehr nette Vermieter, die im gleichen Haus wohnen. Gute Aufteilung der Wohnung für Familien mit größeren Kindern; durch die steilen Treppen für kleine Kinder und mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen weniger geeignet. Die Wohnung hatte ein paar kleinere Mängel, z.B. Kanalgeruch im Bad, defekte Lampen, das warme Wasser des Boilers reicht nicht aus um die Badewanne zu füllen. Die Heizung des kompletten Stockwerks erfolgt durch nur ein Klimagerät, so dass man die Türen nicht schließen konnte, weil es sonst in den Zimmern viel zu kalt wurde. Es gibt keine Jalousien oder Rolläden vor den Fenstern.

Geräumige Wohnung in einer idealen Lage. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist traumhaft. Lediglich ein Sonnenschirm fehlt, da es dort sehr heiß wird und auch keinen Schutz gegen einige Regentropfen gibt.

Great location (especially in low peak season)

This was a perfect place for my family to stay. The apartment was great - with a rooftop deck where we ate breakfast and dinner. The owners were very helpful- met us when we arrived late in the evening and explained a bit about the area. It is right on the promenade next to the sea, so might be noisy in July and August- but it was a great place to be when we were there. The kids could go out and run around. Easy to arrange to take boat to Brijuni (highly recommended) or drive to Pula or Rovinj. Supermarket is close by- and lots of restaurants. Beaches are typical of Croatia- but still beautiful. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Erholung im idyllischen Städtchen

Die Lage der Wohnung war gut. Sehr zentral. Sie ist für junge Leute und ggf. kleinere Hunde gut geeignet. - Die Treppen zur Wohnung in der zweiten Etage waren für uns nicht so optimal. Ein Geländer, an dem man sich gut festhalten konnte, haben wir vermisst. Unser Hund (Retriever) hatte ebenso Schwierigkeiten. Gut, dass er noch jung ist. Ein älterer Hund könnte die Treppen nicht bewältigen. Die Treppe in der Wohnung zur Küche und Dachterrasse konnte der Hund gar nicht laufen und wir nur ganz vorichtig. Daher haben wir dort oben nur gefrühstückt und die Dachterrasse nur morgens kurz benutzen können. Aber für junge Leute ist die Wohnung ok.

Schönes großes Appartement, tolle Aussicht durch die Terrasse - Nach jedem Duschen gab es eine Überschwemmung, WC Deckel war kaputt und die Liegen auf der Terrasse sind nicht gut, denn beim Zurücklehnen fällt man um. Deutsche TV Programme kein Empfang. Sonst Top. EbKleinigkeiten

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung, perfekte Lage

Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut , 2 Kühlschränke incl. kleiner Gefrierfächer, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine vorhanden. Die Lage perfekt ... zum Badestrand max 5 Gehminuten, viele gemütliche Restaurants in max 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum 👍!!!!

Sonne, Meer & Dachterrasse

Die Unterkunft liegt super günstig in Fazana. Direkt ggb. das Meer mit Strand. Die kleine Altstadt lag auch direkt ums Eck. Restaurants und Bars lagen quasi um uns herum. Trotzdem war es recht ruhig und man fühlte sich beim entspannen auf der Dachterrasse nicht gestört. Wohnung an sich nicht mehr all zu neu. Hier und da waren ein paar Alterserscheinungen zu erkennen. Dennoch war sie gemütlich und sauber. Kleiner Minuspunkt, da sowohl das Sonnensegel auf der Terrasse als auch die Spülmaschine kaputt waren.

Urlaub auf der Dachterrasse

Nette Wohnung direkt am Strand von Fazana gelegen. Stadt und Badestrand sind in wenigen Minuten bequem zu erreichen. Dachterrasse ist definitiv das Highlight der Wohnung. Mit Sicht auf das Meer können dort wunderbare Abende mit Sonnenuntergang verbracht werden. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es ruhig. Eines der besten Restaurants der Stadt liegt direkt in einer Gasse hinter der Wohnung. Sehr frisches und leckeres Essen zu kleinem Preis. - Spülmaschine säubert nicht einwandfrei. Waschmaschinen mit leichtem Schimmelbefall. Defekte Markise auf der Terrasse, so dass diese nicht genutzt werden konnte.
