Amazing location! Central to everything. Very close to a wine shop flower shop and a few restaurants as well as the medical university. We had a great girls weekend reunion here and hired a private chef one night for a welcome dinner

This property is in a great location with plenty of little neighborhood shops etc. The HVAC worked well, beds very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Bring a smaller car (or no car) to park off street.

Our overall impression of the property was fantastic! The living space was well-maintained and the host was very attentive to any needs. Additionally, there were a couple of quaint establishments (i.e., coffee shop, eateries) within walking distance and every place we wanted to visit or eat at seemed to be within a "10 minute" drive. Our only "concerns" were probably not controlled by the host (i.e., trash build up outside the main entrance, loud guests in the apartment above), however, these had a minimal impact on our overall feeling about our stay. Lastly, the pricing of the place was fantastic. Great stay and thank you for the "southern hospitality." Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location. The unit is very clean with plenty of good quality towels. Steps are a little narrow if you are staying on one of the upper floors. Lot parking is very challenging for this unit if you have a large car, but the hosts will provide passes for street parking upon request. The hosts respond rapidly thru the app.

We enjoyed our stay. CVP was great to work with and very responsive when we had questions. I would suggest putting room darkening shades in the bedrooms as it is very bright early morning. The first hallway bedroom has obnoxiously bright blue white light in the fixture so be mindful of that if you are sensitive. I recommended they replace with warm white. But other than that it’s a clean, spacious condo and we would stay there again.

We were in Charleston for a girl’s weekend. This place was perfect for our group of 5. It was walking distance to King St. the parking spaces are a bit narrow and depending on which designated space you have it might be a challenge. They do provide parking passes for on street parking. Rental company was very quick to respond to any communication. Overall this place was great and we would stay again if we return to the area.

This property is in the perfect location to walk to neighborhood restaurants, coffee, etc. My four girlfriends and I really enjoyed our long weekend there!

We booked this condo for a 3 night stay. There was plenty of room for our party of 4. The place was clean, nice and cool (while it was warm outside), and the beds were very comfortable. The condo is ideally located. You can walk to the marina, King St, the Charleston City Market and Rainbow Row, to name just a few. The check in and out process was seamless, and we utilized the bag valet service that was recommeded when our check out time was much earlier than our flights out. Great property- highly recommend!

Hosts very easily accessible and helpful. Home very cozy and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. We walked to many restaurants and ubered to local restaurants and shops and the beach. Had a great girls trip and would highly recommend.
