Great location and roomy house in Hollywood

The house has plenty of space and a location convenient to both FLL and MIA airports, the beaches, and nearby neighborhood shopping. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family for their stays in metro Miami.

House was spacious and perfect for my wife and I and 7 kids ages 17-25. Big table for game night and meals, comfy couch for hanging and the pool, hot tub and ping pong table were a hit!! It's a short drive to the beach and convenient to great restaurants! Plenty of space to be together and be apart at different times. Chef dinner in was amazing as well as yacht for 4 hours. JC will handle it all.

House was run down. Dings and scratches on all cabinetry in kitchen. Closet doors in all bedrooms were beat up. Some had no knobs. Worst of all there was an extreme leak from second floor A/C unit coming into my bedroom on first floor. Water was pouring out of ceiling fan , smoke detector and coming thru drywall in the ceiling. It Soaked my bed , the bedroom floor and bathroom. The water leak got on our luggage and my clothes. Couldn’t use the bedroom due to amount of water that was flowing out of ceiling.

Immaculate

The house was as beautiful as the pictures. It was immaculate. The property manager was awesome and very responsive to any questions we had. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience and would definitely stay again. We had 16 adults we never felt crowded The common areas were roomy and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.

Awesome house

Had a group of 12 stay at Chet’s property, and the house was so well kept and as clean as a 5 star hotel when we first stepped in. Super fun and roomy house. JC and Victor from KFE were also great aids in making our stay smooth.

Perfect for a party of 10+

This place was awesome the only thing that could have made it better would have been it sitting on a bigger lot. Room to roam outside if you know what I mean
