We are a regular at this property, six years now, and we wouldn't be here if the property didn't make for an excellent experience. This year Dave, the owner, welcomed us personally. He has completely renovated the bathroom since last summer - looks great. And my wife loves the outdoor shower which seems to be unique to the Cape, but not all properties. We're already checking our calendar for next year.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful, with easy access to Nauset Beach and Nauset Light, and it’s just a short drive to the shops and restaurants in Orleans.The house is warm, comfortable, and incredibly homey—it truly felt like we were spending the week at a family member’s home. The layout worked especially well for us. The kitchen, large living room, and smaller, cozier living room provided plenty of space to spread out. The living areas can also be separated from the bedrooms by a door, which is especially helpful when everyone has different sleep schedules. The newly renovated bathroom is beautiful, with a fantastic shower, and the kitchen is stocked with just about anything you could possibly need.David was an exceptional host. I sometimes worry that having a host on-site might feel awkward, but that wasn’t the case at all. Instead, it made us feel secure knowing he was nearby and easy to reach if we needed anything, while still giving us complete privacy. He was truly the best host we could have imagined.Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

The House is absolutely amazing! Very clean and cozy, from the first step it seems like you came to visit a very close and loving relative. 10 minutes walking to a wonderful, clean, sandy beach with lifeguards, and we enjoyed swimming with seals for all the time we were there :)Thank you, David, for letting us stay at your stunning place!

Relaxing home, great kitchen (maybe the best-equipped we've experienced in a rental unit), loved the barbecue on the deck. Home itself is spacious with two sitting areas. Short 10 minute walk to Nauset Beach, which is delightful. David is quick to respond to any questions. Wonderful experience.

Wonderful Stay!

My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic week at the property. Everything was as-listed and everything we needed for our stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, beach supplies, and great location in Orleans to enjoy the beaches, restaurants and shopping. David was responsive and easy to work with beforehand and during our stay. Highly recommended!

Great house and location

We had such a great time here! My husband, teen son and I had plenty of space and the house had everything we needed. It was great being so close to the beach which was only a 10 minute walk and a short drive to restaurants. I would highly recommend!
