About this property

New cabin with indoor pool, New Resort Pool, Plus over $600 Free Amenities per

Tucked into the charming arts and crafts village of Laurel Estates, Altitude Adjustment is the ideal Smoky Mountain "home away from home" for your family and friends. Spread across three luxurious levels are four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two powder rooms, a theater room, a heated indoor pool, and a game loft— so there’s a little something for everyone to enjoy. As a bonus, Altitude Adjustment is located right across the street from the exclusive Laurel Estates zero-entry swimming pool, fire pit, gas grills, and clubhouse. You’ll also be conveniently close to downtown Gatlinburg and about 20 minutes from the excitement of Dollywood and Pigeon Forge.

Soaring vaulted ceilings in the main living area add a feeling of spaciousness to the cozy space. Many comfy seating spaces surround the flatscreen television and fireplace, while rustic accents like natural wood and stone add an unmistakable cabin home vibe. Head outside to enjoy the mountain air or dine al fresco on the screened-in porch. Snuggle up on those cold fall evenings around the outdoor fireplace.

Nearby in the open, eat-in kitchen, wood cabinets are topped with gleaming granite countertops. Elegant recessed lighting and stainless steel appliances add style to the fully-equipped, efficient space. A spacious formal dining table and a casual peninsula bar create plenty of seating for friends and family. This will be where everyone gathers together in the morning over mugs of hot coffee and warm blueberry muffins to discuss the exciting adventures and excursions of the upcoming day.

Also on the main level is the first of four private bedroom suites. This suite has a unique, double-sided fireplace that can be viewed from the king-size bed or the sunken jetted tub. The attached bathroom includes a double vanity and a glass-enclosed step-in shower.

Upstairs are two more bedroom suites and the game loft. The two bedrooms each feature sumptuous king-size beds, flatscreen televisions, and pristine en-suite bathrooms with step-in showers. The game loft overlooks the living area below and includes a full-size pool table, air hockey, and arcade games.

On the lower level is the final bedroom suite. With a king-size bed, flatscreen television, and a full attached bathroom. This lower level is also filled with family fun— including a saltwater pool and an impressive theater room. The pool is heated to a comfortable 82 degrees and is surrounded by lots of lounge seating. In the theater room, tiered leather sofas and an 82-inch HDTV create the perfect place to host a family DVD night with lots of buttery popcorn. Or head outside after a long day of hiking and exploring to enjoy the steaming hot tub and sauna.

We are extremely excited to announce the opening of the pool and clubhouse at the Laurel Estates at the Glades Resort.

The pool features a saltwater system with heated water. There is a zero/beach entry making it a wonderful way for small children to enjoy the pool. The pool bubblers send up water spouts to entertain young and old alike.

The clubhouse is equipped for gatherings of friends and family. Complete with grills should a cookout be your fancy.

A stone fireplace will greet you with Adirondack gliders, perfect to set with friends and family as you warm by the fire and catch up on events.

The outdoor fire pit is also a great amenity, sure to please. Who knows, you may make new friends and do some star gazing at night.

There is plenty of room for the kids to run and play. Sit awhile, relax in this beautiful space, and take in all it offers.

At Altitude Adjustment, you can choose to stay in and enjoy all of the amenities this gorgeous home and exclusive neighborhood have to offer, or you can venture out to explore the nearby epic trails and exciting attractions that make this area so memorable. This luxurious chalet is where your Smoky Mountain memories begin.

Great Family vacation
Property was fantastic. We had an issue at first with the washer not working properly. Maintenece was quick to come out and address the issue. We were a little frustrated that none of the fireplaces worked as it did not state in the ad that they were seasonal and operated by gas. The illumination from them would have been nice but overall it was a great place and we really enjoyed ait. We were sad to leave.

Really nice cabin
The cabin is located right across from the community pool so no need to drive to the community pool. It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The only thing missing was instructions on how to get the Direct TV working. We just used streaming TV services so it wasn’t a big deal. The pool alarm was confusing for us as well being that we’ve never used one. Overall, we loved it. There was plenty to keep us busy on the rainy days.

Family Adventure
The house was great! Plenty of room to spread out. Staying here was a vacation all in itself with the pool, hot tub, games, & movie room.

Altitude Adjustment
No TV - we reported several times and was told someone from Direct TV would be out to fix - never came. We got tired of complaining. Alexa was not help - couldn't check us out as we were told. House was nice - fridge left handle broken and one of the chairs on the deck had a broken arm. Will report this further.

Nice home
We thought the pool was heated it was cold. House was nice. Sauna didn't work. Grandson stepped on a screw upstairs not sure where it came from. Neighbors were very loud but that's not the owners fault. Checkout at 10 was hard with small children especially after not being able to check in after 4. We would stay here again. Lots of room and we'll decorated.
